I still remember some of the sub translation from when I saw it as a kid. It still sort of holds up as fun! 9. Bleach (First opening) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HTv_LorOv5s While the show sorta got boring to me, and i think the openings got worse, I really enjoyed the start and especially this opening. It was so catchy and colorful! 8. Read or Die - The TV While not as cool as the OVA, this music stuck with u and the visuals were really dynamic and striking. I love the shot of the sister in the car, with just the lighting shifting... 7. Saint Seiya http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Px2zX-M2alQ OOO, so 80's rock! Dynamic, memorable and catchy, with great visuals, this is my fav older opening. SO cool! 8. Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig rockin and dark, SAC2nd gig is so stylish and cool that it makes the 2nd series even better than it already is. 2. Gundam 00 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTVf2hzP4yU&feature=related I was liking 00 a lot when this intro started, but it kicked into gear the best part of the show (Either season) and cemented me as a Gundam fan for the first time in my life. 1. A couple of personal faves/guilty pleasures that haven't been mentioned yet: * Eureka 7's 4th opening, "Sakura" I give this a slight edge over the first opening theme. Love the first theme's strings, but I just enjoyed this one ever so slightly more, especially as the series was drawing to a close. * Bleach, Scandal's "Shoujo S": Yes, it's unabashed, swanky fan-service. And frankly, I don't care.
