It very much looks to me like the Loyal Subjects stuff is going to be new/updated figures, but like the vehicles have very, very minor changes (like a silver piece on Condor and some accessories that weren't there before, but otherwise the exact same vehicle, possibly re-using old molds are making new ones from scans and re-scalings of the physical products).
