It kinda reminds me of Bayformers with spikey bits Quote

Papa Rat Posted October 8 Posted October 8 (edited) I’m very excited for this. ♥️ Thanks for sharing. * wait! Is the armor a semi transparent black/green? That’s wild looking. Need to see this in person. Edited October 8 by Papa Rat Quote
Big s Posted October 8 Posted October 8 2 hours ago, no3Ljm said: Volks 1/100 VSMS Series DACCAS The Black Knight Y8470 I’ve been looking at the images of this kit for the last few weeks and while I think the design is really ugly and silly looking, I have been interested in how the joints appear to slide against each other rather than bend. I have absolutely no interest in buying one for myself, but would probably really enjoy an in depth review that shows how those joints come together and function Quote
Papa Rat Posted October 8 Posted October 8 (edited) Of all the GTM designs I wonder why they chose this one to showcase the new VSMS plastic model line since it seems more tame than the more wild GTM out there. Personally I prefer the OG MH designs, but I also dig the ridiculousness of the ultra skinny skeletal take on mecha. Hahaha. It’s sort of an embodiment of the ultra thin Fatima esthetics and costuming. Anyway, I’m also curious how the sliding joints work. Are they friction, ratchet or something else? I’ll find out when I get one and holler back. Edited October 8 by Papa Rat Spelling Quote

Papa Rat Posted October 11 Posted October 11 (edited) Rad! Thanks for posting. 😊 The straight build in that article looks pretty slick. I‘m a sucker for those semi transparent armor parts. I’ll probably just paint the frame, sword and the small red details. Edited October 11 by Papa Rat Quote
Papa Rat Posted October 12 Posted October 12 That’s great! Maybe we get a bellows video next. I’m curious about the ball joint spine. Sounds like they are proud of it in the kit description. Quote
