Thought I try to go this year. I can get a refund if I can't. Think I have the money and the time. Registration had some issues the first day. they moved first day to register up ahead to today at 6 am. Right now it is 6:15 am. So much traffic the site wasn't working. I don't even want to think about hotels.

They decided to close it cause they were having too many problems. .

I saw that too. Actually worked for me since I'm on the east coast and was at school when registration opened. I was scared I'd get home and see that the con had been sold out. Hope they figure something out soon though, really looking forward to going next year.

My sister was up at 6am trying to get tickets for three hours and they shut it don't after she was finally making progress. Quite the clusterf%^k. You'd think they'd figured out online server needs by now.

Yup, this is the second time they've had to close it down for the 2011 tickets. Kinda nuts considering how much experience they have with online sales and all.
