DrunkenPilot72 Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 VF-1S Focker edition easily but that could easily change if Yamato ever decides to release Reaction Armor for the VF-0S. Quote
kanedaestes Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 VF-1S TV Roy, VF-1A TV Kakaziki and Max since those never really got made until recently and those are just so ingrained with my childhood memories. (So is the VF-1J but that comes out with every macross toy line in every scale.) Quote
Arthurius Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 #1) yf-21 in fighter mode specially, but batroid is nice too If more were aloid #2) 1/48 vf-1s roy in batroid with fps (used to be my favorate untill the yf-21, but a very close second) So if i could only keep 2 (and NO, i cant just keep 1, it has to be a minimum of 2), it would be yf-21 and vf-1s roy. #3) 1/48 vf-1j alone, with fast pack or with armor, this is the only one i like that looks great any way hoping #4 becomes either a blazzer or a yf-19 double nuts, or a vf-11c (i dont have either of these, but are next project, and have high hopes) Quote
505thAirborne Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Both my Hikaru Ichijo 1/55 & 1/48 scale VF-1S Super/Strike Valks!! One is metal madness & the other is just super awesome, combined they are my favorites hands down!! Quote
Penguin Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Chalk up another vote for Gamlin's VF-22S. The VF-22 remains my favourite valk to date. Quote
ruskiiVFaussie Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 VF-1S Focker edition easily but that could easily change if Yamato ever decides to release Reaction Armor for the VF-0S. I'm with you on this, reactive slapped on my v.2 ROy 0S would be sweet mecha heaven. Quote
ruskiiVFaussie Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 (edited) The Wizard! .. for VF-1's atleast. 21 is the fav..... show/ - slideshow Edited September 20, 2010 by ruskiiVFaussie Quote
eriku Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 For me it would probably be the Bandai SD/joke machine valks. Ditto. While there are many Macross toys I absolutely love, old and modern, the VF-1S Roy Joke Machine is at the top for a variety of reasons. It was the first (and favorite) valk toy I owned as a kid, it was the first Macross toy I reclaimed as an adult (the original being torn to shreds by neices and nephews) and also the first toy I bought from a fellow MW member shortly after joining the boards. On top of the nostalgia and memories it's simply a wonderfully designed toy with great articulation, durable build and clever features (rotating cockpit!). Sure the pilot is wearing a regular fighter pilot suit instead of Macross gear, but that just adds to the charm for me. Quote
valhary Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 until the realease of the vf 2ss my max vf 1s Quote
Soundwave.ca Posted September 20, 2010 Posted September 20, 2010 Wont know until the Bandai Monster comes out but right now it's the VF-11B for sure which has always my favorite Macross Valk design. Close runner up though has to be the SV-51r Nora, despite it's flaws it's still a jaw dropping piece in my eye's. Quote
BlueMax Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 A hard question to answer.... but I would say my Yamato v2 GBP-1S with VF-1J. It just looks ready to kick serious ass. Quote

Kicker773 Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 So simple but dark.. 1/48 VF1S 25th Anniversary with FP...so stealthy yet a slight hint of amber.. Quote
JET7 Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 if you where an 80's boy way back then would choose VF-1S.. BANDAI/TAKATOYS Quote
nukatsuka Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 1/55 custom VF-1D. If I cant choose a custom...it has to be the joke machines. Quote
Ignacio Ocamica Posted September 21, 2010 Posted September 21, 2010 My favorite Macross toy is Hikaru's 1/60 v2 VF-1S Strike, closely followed by the 1/60 YF-21. Quote

Operator7G Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 The upcoming 1/3000 Macross SDF-1. ALWAYS wanted a large scale toy of that ship. I can't believe it's taken 26 years but I guess it's not the most popular craft. Quote
Maiden Japan Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 Kicker, that picture is soooo cool! It looks like some deadly assassin, like the Punisher. Quote
pud333 Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 My 1/60 VF-1S Roy Focker. Definitely. Though I only have three Valks, haha. SV-51 and VF-0S round them out, with a VF-27 to come in the next few days. But yeah, my VF-1S is definitely my favorite. Quote
Vegas Posted October 6, 2010 Posted October 6, 2010 That is BEAUTIFUL. thanks Kicker, that picture is soooo cool! It looks like some deadly assassin, like the Punisher. i agree Quote
Wastegate13 Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Sorry for the poor quality picture. My first and only valk so naturally its my favorite. I want a 1/48 1S with the GBP parts done in the Minmei Guard scheme. That would be my ultimate valk, anyone know how I can make that happen with my lack of artistic talent? Quote
Shaorin Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Your favorite Macross toy -hands down my YAMATO 1/60v.II VF-1J Hikaru TV. design perfection the likes of which i've dreamed of for the last fifteen years... Quote
