I had bought a Macross item through Overdrive and everything arrived ok but I noticed that one portion was similar, so in essence I got two of the same pieces (two lefts). I've been trying to contact Overdrive for about week in regards to the problem and I haven't heard back from them. Does anyone know if I can contact Yamato directly for a replacement part?

AFAIK Yamato doe not offer customer service outside Japan, so Overdrive had arranged to help overseas buyers with spare parts, but that also stopped.
