EXO Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I'm messing with my JM2.0 and I'm thinking I would totally want a collection of them. Not all the schemes like the 1/60 scale but just the main hero cast... Quote
EXO Posted March 1, 2010 Author Posted March 1, 2010 And they should make a JM SDF-1 so it'll only cost $1250 Quote
Rabidweezil Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Oh man...I was on the list to buy one of those JM 2.0's back in the day. But only a few were actually made and I gots none of 'dem. Thanks for bringing up a sad memory there Exo Quote
nightmareB4macross Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I want a 1/60 Regult first Agreed. I'd rather have enemy mechs before any frivolous (more) items. Quote
EXO Posted March 1, 2010 Author Posted March 1, 2010 SD regult! FTW! Frivolous... lol... these are toys. They are all frivolous! Quote
DatterBoy Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I would buy a ton of em. Not sure I even care if they redesign it. The originals were fantastic. Customizing them is so fun. Quote
UN Spacy Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Fine...but after they release the VF-17, VF-4 and VF-0D. If not....then I AM DISAPPOINT. Quote
eriku Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 I wouldn't call a new Macross SD line frivolous. I'd call it necessary. I've been craving new Macross SD toys for a long time. I'll be first in line to buy Bandai's upcoming SD VF-25. Quote
CF18 Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 Bandai should just reissue them. I love those perfect transforming JM. Chance is low for that of course, given Bandai was probably disappointed by low sale of 1:55 reissues and re-assigned the hi-metal brand to 1:100. But speaking of Macross SD, Bandai did announce something: source SD ∞ : expansion of SDX line which only have some strange Gundams for now. Quote

I'm guessing these are model kits? Quote
CF18 Posted March 1, 2010 Posted March 1, 2010 oooo nice. I'd buy that SD Alto. I'm guessing these are model kits? They are toys, like SDX, e.g.: http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN958556 or http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN956961 Quote
EXO Posted March 1, 2010 Author Posted March 1, 2010 I wouldn't call a new Macross SD line frivolous. I'd call it necessary. Sing it! Brother... but CF18 is correct! He reminded me of that Alto SD VF-25... gonna have to get that for sure! Quote
miriya Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 I dont have a single joke machine yet but I want one. They are hard to find and expensive. If Yamato made them I would buy. Quote
danth Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Dude. Just the idea of joke machines for the VF-4, VF-11, hell, any and all of them makes me so happy. Bandai, Yamato, somebody -- make it happen! Quote
EXO Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 Except you can't call them joke machine... unless Bandai does it... they actually own that name. I guess if Yamato makes it it would have to be SD VF-XX... I'd love to see it though. With an SD pilot, not like the original. Kinda like Tanmen did. Quote

I believe Yamato can't use the term SD either as that's also a Bandai brandname. They'd have to use a term like Chibi-chara or something. Edited March 2, 2010 by Vifam7 Quote
ruskiiVFaussie Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I'm for them! Haven't got one but i'd love some SD vf-1 goodness, but hope they go with the plus line and others too. Quote
DrunkenPilot72 Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I would buy a ton of em. Not sure I even care if they redesign it. The originals were fantastic. Customizing them is so fun. MUST HAVE!!!!!!!! Quote
