Also another good fight, the Tifa church fight in Final Fantasy VII Advent Children.

Most of the Advent Children fight scenes are good, especially the last one.

on another note, Daigo vs Justin will always be epic.

As for good fights, anything from the Matrix flicks I like, especially the subway battle and the lobby scene from the first one. The last fight in V for Vendetta was pretty bad ass as well. There's lots of good ones.

Yes, it's a little cheesy (especially, the 7-Point Exploding Brain Technique at the end). But it's fun to finally see these two really cut loose on each other.

as much as I hate AVP I have to admit the fight scenes between the predators and xenomorphs was quite epic

I acutally John Cusack's fights in War Inc. and Grosse Pointe Blank. They seem rough yet believable.

In particular, the school hallway fight in GPB and the chateau fight in War Inc. I like how he uses the empty gun to block punches.

Dammmn, too many to mention. I'm sure i'm forgetting some, but off the top of my head:

- Isamu vs. Guld, final dogfight (Macross Plus) -- an aerial battle, but i just gotta add it.

- Achilles vs. Hector (Troy) -- beautiful battle choreography, if not the best.

- Himura Kenshin vs. Hajime Saitoh, Kamiya Dojo battle -- for me, the only battle in the series (meiji era) where Kenhin truly fights as the hitokiri. and it was amazing.

- Cloud vs. Sephiroth, final battle (Final Fantasy Advent Children) -- omnislash FTW!

You can probably pick any scene from these two series, but these are some notable ones:

• Dude knows he can't escape and just says, "Screw it.  Time to fight 'em.":

• Someone re-edited this to make it in chronological order.  Usually it was Daredevil dishing out the hurt, but here he meets his match:

• Frank Castle:  Ass-Kicker, no, DESTROYER:

• And ending it with the scene that made you realize a karambit is a vicious close-range weapon:
