Interesting. Like her USN belt buckle.

So, how does one play KanColle? Is it still Japan-only?

Interesting. And not an h-game, despite the ungodly amount of pornography about the girls available online, correct?

Correct. the closest Kancolle gets to naughty is clothes getting destroyed when the shipgirl takes damage. Even then there isn't any nudity. Plenty of side boob, cleavage, and booty though.

maybe because it's only my second Saber figure.

or maybe because the eyes hypnotized me. lol!

one of these days i'll have to watch the damn anime.

maybe it'll help me rationalize.

That's a really interesting variant of Saber Alter.

All the angular faceting on the heavy armor gives her an almost mechanical look. But the flowing hair, bits of exposed leg, and large portions of unarmored torso make her "organic" origins unignorable.

The clash is... actually really well-suited to that variant of the character.

The open back irritates, me, though. She's so heavily-armored on the front and sides, then the back is just "whoops upskirt lol", with no grace or contrast. It undermines the overall impression the rest of the figure presents.

It's an invitation or a suggestion for penetration; a forbidden vulnerability that begs to be violated, or something.

Exciting, really...

I draw the line at 1/5. Any bigger and it's better just to call an escort service...

So I'm looking at this figure of Mustu from Kancolle over at Jlist and I have some questions. What exactly is a figFix figure and how big are they?

https://jlist.com/pre6473

Some of the Kancolle figures are out of my price range, but this seems decent. Is it worth getting?

FigFix are fixed pose figma statues. they're the same size as figmas, (1/12 scale, under 6 inches tall) they use figma stands, and they have compatible parts with regular figmas. IIRC, the damaged guns and distressed face can be taken off and put on the regular figma Mutsu.

In general FigFix is more of a supplement to regular figmas than a line worth collecting on their own. For Mutsu though, you really don't have much of a choice since you're options are the FigFix, the regular Figma, and the Penguin Parade 1/8 figure which is expensive and has the worst face ever. (for real, what is going on here? http://s1.tsuki-board.net/image/MightyAlpha1438949670.jpeg )

Personally, I went with the regular figma. I'd say get it if you like Mutsu though.

I've been waiting on the Ques-Q version. it's not amazing (it's actually the exact same pose as the Penguin one) but I've got other Ques-Q KanColle girls that are really nice and at least her face is looking better: http://myfigurecollection.net/item/170526

I'm really hoping this version sees the light of day eventually: http://myfigurecollection.net/item/194851

It's Amakuni so it's gonna be a limited exlusive and super expensive, but just look how pretty she is!

what do you all think of this?

http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-016844

I mean, it's not the most impressive figure; normally I'd say it was pretty boring and not worth the space, but there's just something about it that's got my interest and it is relatively inexpensive for a 1/7th.

Honestly, it's boring. Then again, I personally think all kotobukiya figures are boring and way overpriced.

I'm wishing waiting for GSC to make the inevitable figma versions.

Fortified suits FTW!!!

Them girlz are just mucho sexay wearing their suits...

:bump:
