I started playing around with a concept, then it became a transforming robot, this is the final result:

I assure that the transformation process is 100% whitout floating parts, can't post a transformation video because i'm having problems animating it... this is worse than transforming the VF-25! Please be honest if you think it sucks just say it!

I like how you were able to accomplish a true transformation but, aesthetically, I'm not fond of the over-boxiness and angular design of the mecha in either mode. It's especially goofy in fighter mode because you have this curved, sweeping nose, and then a bunch of boxes for components in the fuselage.

Albeit, still much better than I've ever done!

I just happened by this area and saw your post. I agree with the dissimilar shapes not looking good together. The first problem I saw was aerodynamics. Smooth corners and blended areas will fix that. If you want to go stealthy, just think F-22. It's angular and all the parts blend in smoothly.

What you have is a good starting point! - MT

Thank you for giving your opinion.

Well... technicaly, the gerwalk mode is possible. but i tried to avoid having this mode, that's why i didn't posted a pic of it. I tried to avoid copying anything kawamori did before, so it became a really complicated transforming process.

It loooks ugly because i tried to make it ressemble the Legioss, hence the option "looks outdated from the 80's". (It was becoming rounded before the reference change).

I was going to say that it looked like an odd Legioss when I first looked at it. It needs some tweaks but it's still impressive work. If I ever have spare time again in my life I would love to be able to work on stuff like this.

I was about to say the same thing very legioss-esque
