optimator88
I just saw on the news that the Toyko Toy Show is this weekend. Has anyone ever been to past ones, or know anything about this one? Can I expect to see some Macross stuff??

optimator88
Awesome, I didn't realize where those pics were from. I thought it wasn't open to the public until Saturday?
ruskiiVFaussie
woah, that 1/100 19 looks bad ass! SOLD! whats the scale on the Koenig???? sold too....
Graham
The 19 looks great. Hopefully we'll get a 19F/S/P as well. I sure hope that König is varible. Looks like it could be. Sure as hell don't want a non-variable version.
Save
MAN!!! I had no intention on going, but I guess now I will head down there.
Black Valkyrie
Well the RD Mac-F. are must but not the RD monster. I agree with Graham regarding for the VF-19 types.
Graham
The monster is probably the only non-part swapper of the bunch. Given that the Robot Spirit VF-25F and VF-25G are non-transforming battroid mode only toys, I doubt there is much (if any) parts swapping going on at all. VFTF1
Will be getting that Bassara for sure. Happy that it's being made. Sad it's not 1/60 - but this is better than nothing... I guess...maybe... Pete
Omegablue
Love the metallic blue tint on that VF-25G!!!
Graham
Awesome, I didn't realize where those pics were from. I thought it wasn't open to the public until Saturday? But it's open to industry and press. Graham
Graham
Hope some new 1/60 DX stuff is on display, such as VF-27 or VF-171 prototypes maybe? Graham

Omegablue
Hmm........metallic finish VF100s VF-25F & VF-25S. Think I will pass. Graham Ditto. And some even accuse Yamato of Milking it. LOL
Graham
I'm wondering if the missile bay doors on the Armored VF-25F are hinged, or if you have to swap out open and closed doors? Perhaps somebody who attends the show can check it out. Graham
Omegablue
They look like separate interchangeable pieces...
Graham
They look like separate interchangeable pieces... That's what I'm thinking as well, unfortunately. Graham
bluemax151
At the scale it's honestly probably better to have them be interchangeable anyway. I can only imagine the frustration of being one of the people that could potentially receive one with broken hinges in package IF they go that route. badboy00z
So the show is strictly toys and no models right?
Paliodor
Koening Monster is looking nice. I'm interesting how much will it cost. I only hope that they will show 1/72 VF-27 Lucifer and 1/72 Queadluun-Rhea Klan ver
GGemini
Hmm........metallic finish VF100s VF-25F & VF-25S. Think I will pass. Graham Could those be the movie version VF-25s? Remember HLJ's description of the DX re-issue: "Color differences include a slight blue-gray tone on the Valkyrie's white body, fading red tone, dark metallic tone joints..." m0n5t3r
can't wait to see the Monster painted and w/ markings... i hope Bandai won't pull another limited stunt on this one... they've been doing a lot of that for the RDs...
kamadoma
I am so getting the VF100 VF-19 Fire Valkyrie. BOMBAAAAAAAAAA!!
Omegablue
Nevermind... I found a pic of the VF-25F with the new colors That's the DX... And the why I'll rather hold out for when Yamato makes the VF-25 in 1/60...

Twoducks
I was begining to loose hope for the VF 100 line (meh VF-25's after another) and then BOMBAAA! Glad I skipped the "exclusive" DX fast packs... and I'll skip this one too; Luca's FP don't look that bad on my Alto. I do think the new colors could look nice though. Very interested on the Monster (think Yamato could have anything to do with it?)
Graham
Not keen on the color of the Alto DX FPs. Will definitely pass.
Godzilla
Hope some new 1/60 DX stuff is on display, such as VF-27 or VF-171 prototypes maybe? Graham SHHHHHHH! My wallet is sleeping quietly unaware of those toys. No need to mention those now. I finally found my wallet after I saw the Michael and Luca VF-25. Then again, it is unaware of the Macross and Macross Quarter coming out. Man I wonder if there will be painted prototype in the show. Oh holy hell they did have a painted proto of the Macross Quarter. I just saw it on the Macross Quarter thread. sev
The crazy thing, knowing Bandai, the metallic versions will be improved and the hips will be corrected.
