Podcast: Starship Troopers 2 and 3

Yeah, I was disappointed in both sequels. And surprisingly, 3 is better than 2 ...

Starship Troopers 3 almost sounds like a rip-off of Tremors or something.

As I said on one of the other threads, its a shame when Hollywood gets the License/copyrights to a Book, Manga/comic or Anime piece. They usually ruin it. And Starship Troopers was ruined badly!!

I'd love to see a remake of the film (Power Armor of accurate design) by either Ridley Scott or Christopher Nolan behind the camera.

And yes, surprisingly Part 3 was better.

Starship Troopers Chronicles is probably the best thing there is to Starship Troopers. (I haven't seen the anime though.)

The subtitled Star Ship Troopers anime can still be found on animesuki.

The Starship Trooper Chronicles CGI cartoon was way better then the Japanese anime!

And Sony refuses to produce the final 3 episodes of SST Chronicles due to mature subject matter.

At least, that's from what I read.

I wonder if the scripts were ever produced though, I wouldn't mind reading them, I did like the series, even if it did use a bit too much from the movies.
