Wow, you did a fantastic job on that. Great work! If it weren't for the fact that Yamato doesn't have the M7 license, you might be able to fool people if you said that was an actual product. :)

Whoa that's damn good!

Now make it PT, 1/60 and you can have my $250. XD

great job :) As usual I'm in awe of people who customize anything. The last time I tried to customize something was my Beast Wars toys - I used kiddie paint on them and they were all sticky and gooey. I also tried to customize my Laser Rod Optimus Prime and accidentally used acid on him - burned a hold straight through the plastic ... scary. Good thing I didn't get any of that stuff on my skin. When I was little, I made a Custom Ark out of my bedroom shelves. I used a hammer and nails to keep it together and was well pleased with myself. It looked like a big box stacked on a little box.

I suck. You customizers rule :)

Looks good. I'm guessing you canibalised the old Bandai 1/144 scale model kit for parts?

Graham

Yup.

This figure consists of:

- Yamato 11B body, hips, thighs, hands and neck

- Bandai 144 VF-17 front and back of body, head, arms, lower legs and feet, and gun

- The wrist joints and shoulder joints are from some other plastic kits

- The head was widened slightly to look a bit better, the end result is a taller, slightly wider figure to match the Yamato line
