how to remove/disolve superglue?

i need to get superglue out of a screw hole, i got what i could witha pin but there is still some inaise the spiral of the screw so i cant get the screw in, anyone know what can break that up?

Hey NERV, I don't know of any chemical solvents to do that but you could do it if you had the right thread tap. It'd cut the glue right out of the threads. If you can't find any solvents, this will work if you're careful to line it up correctly and make sure you use the correct threaded tap.

You can dissolve super glue using something called Z7 Debonder. I use it all the time. It's available at most hobby stores and probably hardware stores, too. I'm sure they aren't the only company making the stuff, though....

I've seen a number of different brands of super glue solvent. I use the Jet stuff. You should be able to find it at hobby or hardware stores.

Absolutely the best thing ever invented for removing super glue.

try anything with acetone this is what is typically used to debond crazy glue.
