Can ANYONE read that and get me any info at all? ANYTHING!!!! Edited March 26, 2009 by Scream Man
Chowser
Finally! Now I don't have to worry about finding someone to build my model kit of him. I never really watched the series, but loved the designs.

Hikuro
hope they do more than just blade and pegas, I'd like a Evil figure as well.
Keith
Toss those bootlegs & dub DVD's out, the series has been out subtitled & uncut from media blasters for 2 years.
SuperHobo
I'm so glad a higher end toy is being realized for Blade. The years and years of waiting has finally paid off even if Blade is small we get a pegas too boot! Now I can have a Tekkaman figure riding Pegas like a surfboard just like in the series! VOL TEKKA! kaiotheforsaken
That does look pretty slick I've wanted to see some new stuff produced for a while. That Big O...whatever it is steals the show for me though.
sabretooth
when i saw the big o i smiled, when i saw tekkaman i knew... these are the priority toys for me this year. period.

Salamander
IMPORT! Australia is Region 4, IIRC. Not Region 1.
Scream Man
beat me too it. Also, with the exchange rate at the moment, Id buy just over double what u guys pay for it.
Keith
http://www.amazon.com/Tekkaman-Blade-Colle...3603&sr=1-2 http://www.amazon.com/Tekkaman-Blade-Colle...3603&sr=1-1 http://www.amazon.com/Tekkaman-Blade-Colle...3603&sr=1-3 If you're watching an HK set, I know you can convert NTSC, besides, I thought Aussies all had region free/switchable players, hell, you guys only really have Madman releasing anime over there. Shipping aside, 26.99 comes out to foughly $40, giving all 3 sets for $120 + shipping, which to me sound pretty reasonable for a 50 episode show of that calibur. Scream Man
About $165 Aussie i agree. And yes i can play multi region if i have too. While i would get this over the HK Subs (And think I will at some point, i hadnt looked at the prices for a couple of years and that isnt to bad), I see no reason to get rid of the Dub. In fact I wish i could find a better copy of the Teknoman dub (The one we got anyway) becauase the cuts to the show arent all that bad. sil80jdm
Man, i have been waiting for this toy since i was a kid!!! I cant wait to get this!!! I hope they do the whole tekkaman series, like dagger and evil!!! Glad i sold off my model kits for a pretty penny back in the day =)
VFTF1
I came. I saw. I scratched my head. It's not a bad figure; I guess I just haven't ever heard of this anime up to now. That and I was eating noodles, and spreading pepper over them by hand, and I still had some pepper on my finger and now it ended up up my nose - so I'm high on pepper... you get this wierd tingling sensation... Anyways - I will be curious to see this in color. And...um...what does it "do" ? Pete
shadowx
Cant wait to get my hands around this sucker. I just hope they release all the rest of the tekkaman.
Scream Man
VFTF1 - Tekkaman Blade is like a shnen fightig show with a slightly more hardcore hero. It'd take forever to explain, but the basic idea is a cool armoured guy kicking the crap out of aliens and other armoured guys. Ill porbbaly buy this no matter what scale, but i hope its around 6 inch or so...
myk
hope they do more than just blade and pegas, I'd like a Evil figure as well. Evil before Blade, as far as I'm concerned...
sil80jdm
Not in Australia they aren't! yeah someone told me today that the Blade will only be about 4 inches tall Hope to see a tekkaman blaster in the near future
ruskiiVFaussie
Yeah it's pretty damn cool that this is coming out, i want the black one only though, what was his name, Kane?
sil80jdm
yea the black tekkaman evil would be sweet too.. hopefully its an appendix kit or something coming out I want them all!! but realistically its probably not gonna happen.. They probably wouldnt release a single tekkaman because nobody else but blade had pegas to ride on.. The rest of them had a ugly radam they ride =(

Shin Densetsu Kai 7.0
What is the estimated release date on this???I think August, MSRP in the US is $149.99, entertainment earth is already taking preorders.
protostar8
I think August, MSRP in the US is $149.99, entertainment earth is already taking preorders. Thanks! But holy cow! That's way more expensive than the other figs in the SPEC line. I figured it'd be priced around what the SPEC Layzner with add-on parts was priced. I made an interesting discovery when I searched HLJ for Soul of Chogokin Spec this morning... http://www.hlj.com/product/BAN959034 They have it listed as 16000Yen. It's just like the damn Beta fighter. Wait forever for one to come out and it's really expensive, except this is really small too... I'm hoping that these companies are just putting up early pricing info and that the price gets dropped later b/c I don't want to pay that much for something as small as what I've heard Tekkaman will be. Temjin
Forget about Tekkaman, I want more info on the Ryujinmaru.
protostar8
Wasn't there another Tekkaman figure being made too? One without Pegas that was a little bigger? I thought I remembered seeing a picture from a convention of a Robot Damashii Tekkaman, but I'm likely remembering wrong on that one for sure. SuperHobo
Your right there is another bigger Tekkaman Blade figure being made within Bandai's armor plus line.
protostar8
Your right there is another bigger Tekkaman Blade figure being made within Bandai's armor plus line. Okay. I thought it was by Bandai, but all I could think of would be their Robot Damashii line. Thanks!
Tober
Your right there is another bigger Tekkaman Blade figure being made within Bandai's armor plus line. What's the armor plus line? Are there any photos or release date, price point etc? Thanks for any info.

Shin Densetsu Kai 7.0
i saw that Blade/Pegus is out! Does anyone have him/them?I don't but read a few reviews overseas, sounds like the initial impressions are all disappointing, I've heard the limited articulation of Pegas and the small size of Blade as the primary complaints.
