Tancist Posted March 21, 2009 Posted March 21, 2009 Miria's device, from TV series. About 12$ from HLJ.com Have some problems with it's hips, cause there no policarps joints, and direct plastic frictions make it rather unstable. But it's a good kit, about 20 cm height warmachine with sexy pilot Gangsta! Processing Ready for painting! Next will be Bandai's SDF-1 1/8000 kit, come soon as possible! Quote
PetarB Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 Looks good - nice clean build. Good to see you did the figures as well. The paintbrush pics made me laugh! I've got this one on my list, but other things keep coming up... Quote
MechTech Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 Looks good! Watch it or you'll get "brushed off!" - MT Quote
big F Posted March 24, 2009 Posted March 24, 2009 Oh at 1/144 its a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Great work as well thanks for sharing. Quote
Berttt Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Hey man, thanks for posting - its always good to see something new (especially old school kits) The kit as is is great but I reckon a good rattlecan flat clear coat would do wonders. It''l even out your brush marks and really make the work you have done shine. Quote
tetsujin Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Nice work. I did one of these myself, last year. It was a pretty fun build. Yours turned out pretty nicely. Quote

Emmmm, it's all airbrushed except black stripes on legs, and I used Vallejio acrylic varnish, but it's first time I use it, and somewhere it's too much varnish looked like brush marks Edited March 26, 2009 by Tancist Quote

I agree with Berttt, a nice flat coat, and possibly even a verrry light coat of white with a drop of yellow (over the entire kit) would be the only step I'd recommend including next time. Well done. Thanks for sharing the pics. Quote
