WWE Night of Champions is this sunday on pay-per-view (or on the WWE Network for $9.99!). Here's the card, along with my predictions:

WWE Championship: Brock Lesnar © vs. John Cena

Don't expect a squash match like at SummerSlam. Even if Cena delivers a larger offensive, expect Lesnar to keep the belt.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dolph Ziggler © vs. The Miz

No one cares about The Miz. Give Ziggler a more worthy opponent.

WWE United States Championship: Sheamus © vs. Cesaro

Since Cesaro's push has been derailed, there's no other choice than for him to grab this title.

WWE Tag Team Championship: The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) © vs. Goldust & Stardust

Since Goldust and Stardust just turned heel, giving them the belts makes more sense.

WWE Divas Championship - Triple-Threat: Paige © vs. AJ Lee vs. Nikki Bella

Expect Paige to keep the belt when Brie Bella runs in and screws over her twin sister.

Mark Henry vs. Rusev

Piss-break.

Chris Jericho vs. Randy Orton

It's sad how Y2J is being fed to less-talented wrestlers such as RKO.

Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins

Predictably, Rollins will use his Money in the Bank briefcase to clock Roman for the pin.

WWE Night of Champions Results

Pre-Show Kick-Off

Christian made his return to host "The Peep Show" with Chris Jericho as his guest before Randy Orton interrupted the segment.

WWE Tag Team Championship

Goldust & Stardust def. The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) © to win the Tag Team titles after Stardust used his knees to block Jey's Superfly Splash.

WWE United States Championship

Sheamus © nailed Cesaro with a Brogue Kick to retain the title.

WWE Intercontinental Championship

The Miz rolled Dolph Ziggler © for the pin to regain the title.

Seth Rollins def. Roman Reigns via forfeit due to an incarcerated hernia that required surgery. Because of this, Rollins issued an open challenge, to which Dean Ambrose ran in and attacked him before The Authority ordered security to drag him out of the arena.

Piss-Break

Rusev locked Mark Henry in the Accolade.

Randy Orton landed an RKO on Chris Jericho.

WWE Divas Championship - Triple-Threat

AJ Lee def. Paige © and Nikki Bella to regain the title after locking Paige in the Black Widow.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship

John Cena def. Brock Lesnar © via disqualification after Rollins ran in and hit Cena with his Money in the Bank briefcase. Then came the whole confusion of Rollins handing over his briefcase to pin Lesnar, only to be interrupted by Cena. Because the bell never rang, Rollins retains his Money in the Bank contract.

WWE Hell in a Cell is this Sunday. Here's the card, along with my predictions:

WWE Championship

None. Brock Lesnar has other things to do.

Hell in a Cell 1: Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins

Rollins has gotten stale after winning his Money in the Bank briefcase. Expect Ambrose to win.

Hell in a Cell 2 (#1 Contender for the WWE Championship): John Cena vs. Randy Orton

Piss break of the year.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Dolph Ziggler © vs. Cesaro

Expect Cesaro to win, as he's been held back far too long.

WWE United States Championship: Sheamus © vs. The Miz

Another piss break.

WWE Tag Team Championship: Goldust & Stardust © vs. The Usos (Jimmy & Jey)

Can we give the Tag titles to another team?

WWE Divas Championship: AJ Lee © vs. Paige

Are these the only two Divas that can actually wrestle? Also, amidst the rumors of CM Punk suing WWE, expect AJ to be punished.

Loser Becomes Personal Assistant for a Month or Quit: Brie Bella vs. Nikki Bella

Brie has proven time and again that Nikki is the more talented of the two. Besides, Daniel Bryan needs more company.

Big Show vs. Rusev

Admit it - you're just in it for Lana.

Months after disappearing from the wrestling scene, CM Punk broke his silence about his departure from the WWE. Here's what happened:

  • Shortly after walking out of WWE RAW the day after Royal Rumble on January, Vinnie Mac suspended him for two months. At the same time, Vinnie Mac announced to his stockholders that CM Punk was on a "sabbatical".
  • CM Punk explained that he walked out due to health reasons. He was wrestling with broken ribs (courtesy of Ryback), a concussion, injured knees, and a fever for months. He was also diagnosed with an MRSA staph infection on his back, which WWE's doctors had ignored for months. The doctor that diagnosed him told him the staph infection should have killed him. On at least two occasions, CM Punk was sent back into the ring almost immediately after surgery. He also said that Ryback "took 20 years" off his life.
  • To no surprise, CM Punk hated Triple H. He was furious when he was told he would face HHH at Wrestlemania XXX.
  • Despite wrestling the Undertaker at WrestleMania 29, CM Punk was underpaid compared to everyone else on that card.
  • CM Punk revealed that the WWE has no union to compensate injured wrestlers like the NFL does.
  • CM Punk proposed to wear MMA-style shorts with sponsor logos on them to help increase revenue, but Vinnie mac shot it down on grounds of conflict of interest. Then he signed Brock Lesnar, who wears MMA shorts with sponsor logos.
  • During his tenure as WWE Champion, CM Punk was offered to star in WWE Films' 12 Rounds 2. Before signing the contract, he noticed that the filming dates were the same as WWE's European tour. Then, without any notice, WWE announced that Randy Orton would star in 12 Rounds 2 instead of CM Punk.
  • On the day of his wedding with AJ Lee, CM Punk received his termination notice from WWE for "breach of contract". In retaliation, he hired a lawyer to counter the WWE's claim. In the end, both parties agreed to a settlement.
  • WWE feared CM Punk would jump ship to TNA, but CM Punk assured that he's completely done with wrestling.

WWE's year-ending PPV, TLC: Tables, Ladders, Chairs... and Stairs, is tonight. Results will be posted tomorrow. In the meantime, here's the card with predictions:

TLC Match: Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt

Expect Ambrose to win.

Tables Match: John Cena vs. Seth Rollins

If Cena loses, he will no longer be the #1 contender for Brock Lesnar's WWE Championship. Which means he'll give Rollins an AA through a table. Yawn.

Ladder Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship: Luke Harper © vs. Dolph Ziggler

Harper will most likely retain the belt, as it looks like Ziggler will be set toward main event status next year.

Chairs Match: Ryback vs. Kane

Feed Me More... popcorn and hot dogs! Time to stock up at the concession stands.

Steel Stairs Match: Erick Rowan vs. Big Show

Another piss break.

WWE Tag Team Championship: The Miz & Damien Mizdow © vs. The Usos (Jimmy & Jey, with Naomi)

No one cared about The Miz since day one. Give Sandow a push for once.

WWE United States Championship: Rusev © vs. Jack Swagger

Wow... this PPV is full of piss breaks.

WWE Divas Championship: Nikki Bella © vs. AJ Lee

After the recent shoot interview by CM Punk, don't expect AJ to win back the title.

Pre-Show Kick-Off: The New Day (Big E & Kofi Kingston, with Xavier Woods) vs. Gold & Stardust

Good thing this is a pre-show match, as no one's interested.

What is going on here?

More creative booking, I don't mind the angle, but having Ziggler lose the IC title just as he is gaining momentum seems like bad booking. Thought they were going to try to bring the IC title more relevence. Starting to look like Lesner is leaving soon...looks like Roman Reigns wins rumble...and the title will be on Rollins at Wrestlemania.

As we continue to celebrate the Macho Man's induction into the HOF, let's look back at when wrestling drama was actually done right. The current WWE writers need to pay more attention to this era instead of the reality-based crap they throw at us.

Even though their marriage was deteriorating backstage, Macho Man and Miss Elizabeth made everyone at ringside really believe they were inseparable - which is why Liz should also be inducted into this year's HOF.

Royal Rumble 2015 is this Sunday on PPV. Here's the card, along with my predictions.

The Royal Rumble Match for a Shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania

- Roman Reigns, even though his promos suck.

WWE World Heavyweight Championship - Triple-Threat: Brock Lesnar © vs. John Cena vs. Seth Rollins

- Regardless of who wins this match, Rollins will cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase and become the new WWE Champion.

WWE Tag Team Championship: The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) © vs. The Miz & Damien Mizdow

- MizDow might win this one, but no one will care.

The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg & "Bad Ass" Billy Gunn) vs. The Ascension (Konnor & Victor)

- "Oh, you didn't know? Your ass better call somebody!"

The Bella Twins (Brie & Nikki) vs. Paige & Natalya

- Time to hit the concession stands.

Pre-Show Kick-Off: The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E & Xavier Woods) vs. Tyson Kidd, Cesaro & Adam Rose

- No wonder this is the kick-off match. And how long will WWE punish Cesaro with such obscurity?

"Man, this went bad. Really bad. In hindsight, bring Bryan back for this match was a huge mistake, at least tonight. It totally killed Roman in the eyes of those fans. I feel bad for him, it wasn’t his fault. But the fans wanted Bryan and they took him away. Not good." - Dave Scherer

Watching the post event show I was expecting the fans to start throwing chairs and things at the camera and desk crew as they shuffled past in disgust of how bad it was.
