Ginrai
Well, there's Mech Graffiti and manga (Macross 7 Trash, Mylene Beat, and Macross II: The Micron Conspiracy), which we will probably do. I am thinking of maybe a Macross Omake episode where we talk about FB2012, Mech Graffiti, and those little Macross Frontier webisode things where they are office workers and maybe separate podcasts devoted to manga and such. That'd be cool...I can't imagine there's much to say about Mech Grafitti, though. And I thought the podcast was spot-on this time (although I liked Pedro more than you did, if only for the scene where he leaped into Emilia's mouth), but I did notice a little mistake...the song about the old silver guitar is "Remember 16," not an improvisation. Which is even better, really, because it means Basara can see the future with his songs!
Alex
How about the Docking Festival audio play? And what was the name of that radio play where the Mac Plus and 7 crews meet up? Haven't heard it but want to if only for the scene where Max starts lovingly praising Sharon Apple.

It's not like you can subtitle audio?
Noyhauser
Obviously you're not serious enough to be a true macross fan. How disappointing
VF5SS
Do you guys have transcripts or summaries of these radio dramas? Do you want to come on the show and talk about them?
Agent ONE
AWESOME!!!!! I'll be watching with NO pants on.
Gubaba
Do you guys have transcripts or summaries of these radio dramas? Do you want to come on the show and talk about them? I've translated a lot of "Miss DJ" here, and I know pretty well what happens on the rest of the album. In the same thread, Lynn2009 has also started "Distantly Fading Memories" and "Macross Generation." I don't have word-for-word translations of the other albums, but I could probably cobble together summaries of them...I most likely won't have time until the holidays, though. Docking Festival's probably my favorite. They go for flat-out comedy on that one, and do a pretty good job of it. All the others seem a little...inconsequential. Ginrai
You know, I looked through that thread and there's not really anything more than the barest whiff of a story. There's not really enough meat for it to be worth reviewing, IMO.

"Macross 7: Mellow Heart Beat," for example, takes 74 minutes to tell the less-than-compelling story of the Flower Girl trying to log on to the Fire Bomber homepage and send a message to Basara. And no, I'm not making that up.

REEL IN HORROR as she composes an email! SAVOR the disappointment when she immediately gets an auto generated response!"
