Solscud007 Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 So I finally got my 1/60. Here are some photos I shot. Quote
ruskiiVFaussie Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 Yes lovely use of the background and clear (yamato?) display stand! If it could get any more perfect you need to lower the 1S lasers in fighter mode a bit. Sigh, Hikaru 1S where are youuuuuuuuuuuuuu. Probably will grab the 1S Roy 2nd re-issue with fixed/ironed out shoulders for sure. Quote

Solscud007 Posted November 25, 2008 Author Posted November 25, 2008 I can see your love in the photos... uh ok. kinda spooky there haha. Quote
David Hingtgen Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 I'd suggest you not use the backpack clip in the future. It's not needed at all, and only results in scratching the paint off the tailfins. Quote
macrossnake Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 More pics Awesome. Beautiful photos. Quote
EXO Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 I can see your love in the photos... Really? I didnt realize Nick had a bromance with Roy Focker... good photos... Quote
VFTF1 Posted November 25, 2008 Posted November 25, 2008 No, I totally agree with ff95gj... I can totally see your love in those pictures. You deserve your own photo-thread dude. You put into picture form exactly what I feel about the VF-1S - perfect perfect work. This 1/60 V.2 is just the best - still able to be in awe of it even though I have the thing... Wow. Just wow! Solscud007 Posted November 26, 2008 Author Posted November 26, 2008 trying to match up the Tenjin Hidetaka pics are proving to be a little more difficult then I expected. Quote
jenius Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 Sad, note how the nosecone is too short and the neck/head too high on the new 1/60 in the battroid pose. Why Yamato, why did you have to change it? Quote
eugimon Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 well, maybe someone can dig up an old early sketch we can compare it to as well. Quote
Kyp Durron Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 (edited) Sad, note how the nosecone is too short and the neck/head too high on the new 1/60 in the battroid pose. Why Yamato, why did you have to change it? Yeah, the new 1/60 sucks so much ass, I think I'll sell mine. What the Hell was I thinking?!? -Kyp Edited November 26, 2008 by Kyp Durron Quote

Kyp Durron Posted November 26, 2008 Posted November 26, 2008 You for real Kyp? LMFAO...no bro, I was being sarcastic in my reply to jenius' post. If I truly felt that way, I certainly wouldn't have what I wrote in my sig. -Kyp Quote

Where is your love??" But it's good to hear that everything is fine now. Uf. What a crisis! Pete Quote
