bandit29 Posted November 13, 2008 Posted November 13, 2008 So is Robotech the Macross Saga. Macross II is in 6 episodes not the movie form..I'm assuming Plus and II are in English only. They are in the Manga Entertainment section. Quote

Well, that's one rumor in the HG/Big West debate scotched...if Manga Ent. still holds the rights to them, HG hasn't managed to convince anybody that they own the whole franchise, nor have they tried to psych Manga Ent. out with copyright issues. At least, not successfully. Quote
Keith Posted November 15, 2008 Posted November 15, 2008 Does II have all intro's, endings, and next ep previews? Quote
Letigre Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 Does II have all intro's, endings, and next ep previews? While I can't vouch for these, I know the few shows I've purchased off of iTunes in the past have been complete, from intros to credits, so I don't see why this would be any different. Quote

Only reason I'm asking, those intro's, endings, & next ep previews haven't appeared in the U.S. since the original U.S. Renditions tapes. Manga's never released II in any other form that the run together movie. Here's hoping for an R2 bluray with subtitles! Edited November 16, 2008 by Keith Quote
Letigre Posted November 16, 2008 Posted November 16, 2008 (edited) Well judging from the previews, they just might. They are definitely the English dub, most of the preview clips start with the last shot of the intro song ( a shot of the VF-2SS in battloid with the earth in the background.) It may not be a bad pickup for 11 bucks ($10.99 for all six) if I can find the space. Edited November 16, 2008 by Letigre Quote
Keith Posted November 17, 2008 Posted November 17, 2008 Bah, they're dubbed? Not even if I had 11.99 "in my back pocket!" Quote
bandit29 Posted November 17, 2008 Author Posted November 17, 2008 honestly...what did you expect? i don't think any anime on iTunes is subtitled or in dual language with soft subs. Quote
