Scream Man Posted November 4, 2003 Posted November 4, 2003 In the 1J pics that I have seen, it appears to have premolded hands. Are they detachable ones to replace the ones with articulated fingers? or are they some kind of new articulation that is covered up really well? Quote
mister_e Posted November 4, 2003 Posted November 4, 2003 They are detachable hands, in the same vein as the 1/60's. From what I have gathered, it comes with two sets of non-articulated hands and a set of articulated hands (the articulated ones appear to be the same ones from previous 1/48 releases). Quote
REMINATOR Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 Whooo 2 sets of non-articulated hand and 1 set of articulated hand? Jumping Jupiter, that's 6 hands in all. Indeed, this is definitely sweet. Yeah, I'm out of the loop too. So I guess this is the cartoon version right? Besides the hand, are there any other extra goodies besides the standard 1/48 goodies? Hm, will the price be the same as the 1/48 DYL or will it be more expensive? Quote
sbarrett4 Posted November 5, 2003 Posted November 5, 2003 They are detachable hands, in the same vein as the 1/60's. The 1/60's have removable hands? I only have the Elint which only had one pair, do other 1/60's come with multiples? Can I order other hand sets somewhere? Quote

Yes, all of the 1/60's except the VE-1 Elint and VT-1 Ostrich come with two sets of hands. I don't know of anywhere that sells just the hands though. Quote
