JLYC Posted October 4, 2008 Posted October 4, 2008 (edited) i used to buy double of the kits i really liked too...thinking i'd try a different color scheme or do some mods now i realize that i'd be lucky if i get one built so all the doubles are going on sale now as for kits 'selling out'...i've come to the realization that the chance of that happening to IP kits is close to none. Just look at all the bandai and hase re-releases. Resin kits are another story. It doesn't look like much, just random bits of resin that supposedly combine to form a YF-19 Battroid. It came from Wonderfest in a plastic baggy and no instructions. In case you can't tell, my tastes center around classic 80's mecha anime. Fortunately, I'm pretty much done amassing my kit collection. Not much room for anything else. And money needs to go to more important things... like food. I'm almost embarrassed to show the other half of my little collection (WWII aircraft, modern armor, and patrol boats). At this point, I've got more than a lifetime's worth of models. One of these days, I'm going to have to start building again to make room for more! enjoy! Quote
