Uxi Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Despite enjoying and liking the first 3 Resident Evil movies enough to see them at the cinema and buy the DVDs, I refused to see the 4th at it was in 3D and looked to be full of silly '3D for the sake of 3D' scenes. I don't really follow that series... was it ONLY available in 3D? I thought it would have been like an IMAX thing where it was available in 3D for some theaters but available "normal" in others. I usually skip the movies and just wait for the Blu-ray these days (arguably better PQ and sound, without any of the crowds or people on cell phones, etc). Quote
Omegablue Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 (edited) Hey, they're better than Playmates did with the new Trek stuff---you really can't tell a 1989 Playmates figure from a 2009 Playmates figure... Not going to argue there. It's like they just repainted them. Though I think no film figures are as bad as the last Terminator Salvation attempts. the electronics on the figures are kinda cool and the vehicles are cool Meh, for kids that is great, but for most collectors I dunno? I was really hoping for some well sculpted figures of the female characters... Edited October 11, 2010 by Omegablue Quote
Omegablue Posted October 12, 2010 Posted October 12, 2010 Hot Toys? LOL, I don't regard Hot toys as figures or toys, but more like high end expensive dolls. I'm talking about the general commercial stuff of T4. Quote
taksraven Posted October 13, 2010 Posted October 13, 2010 This film is going to hurt without David Warner and Cindy Morgan....... Quote

shiroth Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Anyone living in the UK or Island can attend the preview for the film next week, which shall be showing the first 23 minutes of the film in 3D. Printing out tickets for it as i type. The atmosphere should be great. Quote
CoryHolmes Posted October 20, 2010 Posted October 20, 2010 Will this film be available in 2D goodness? All these 3D gimmicks do no good for those of us with monocular vision... Quote

I'll go ahead and look at the TRON DVD credits later. Quote

ruskiiVFaussie Posted October 25, 2010 Posted October 25, 2010 (edited) I'd pay to see those in 3D! Graham This was one of my most fav movies when i was a kid, wonder why... SHE IS A MINX Capital M. She was my deffinition of "Hot Blonde". Her and Ty (Chevy Chase) he's classic "nu na nan anananananananananananaaa na" Ty Webb: You've got to win this hole. Danny Noonan: I kinda thought winning wasn't important Ty Webb: Me winning isn't. You do. Danny Noonan: Great grammar. 2nd movie was crap, only Chevy and Dan Akyroyd saved it. shiroth Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 New video here featuring new footage not shown in past trailers. The main focus of the video would be Daft Punk's piece of music 'Derezzed', which will be on the score. Seriously worth a check out. Quote
