Shawn Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 A recent sale of one of his Macross model kits to one of our members here(Jesse Myers) was recently finalized. Cost 13800 yen (about $120!) Seichii has asked that the money from this sale be donated to the victims of the terrible fire here in San Diego(we've been talking the last few days and I sent him pictures and info) Tanmen was the same way during the 9/11 disaster-he sent some Macross items for sale and the proceeds were donated to the 9/11 fund. We have some pretty incredible Macross folks over there in Japan! Shawn Quote

kidkorrupt Posted October 31, 2003 Posted October 31, 2003 i have an even higher opinion of him now. you should have seen him in japan. you know how japanese are stereotypically courteous? well, this guy is super nice....almost insane!!! thank you seichii Quote
xstoys Posted October 31, 2003 Posted October 31, 2003 We've all got to give Seiichi a round of applause. I definitely agree with KidK, Seiichi is one of the most gracious people I 've ever met. He really took good care of us when we (Jason, Nick, & myself) visited Tokyo earlier this year. Kudos! xstoys Quote
