I have to say that after owning this for a couple of days, the fighter mode of the YF-21 has really grown on me.

I still prefer the YF-19, but not by no where near as much as I used to. The YF-21 is now a very close second to me.

I just bought my first Valk this weekend. I couldn't wait till July 19,and a local specialty store here had a sale that I simply couldn't pass up :) It was the YF-21 :)

I love all three modes of the valk :) Hehe so my vote goes to the YF-21 :)

Still, if I could fast-forward time to the 19th, I'll do it in a heartbeat :)

it's even better when you lock the lower part of the leg out. ^_^ And congrats! The yf-21 is an awesome bird to start your collection with.

AWESOME !!!

have you transformed it ??

the head is a bit up in the pics ???

Kurt did not sand both sides to avoid damages on the paint...

I am asking cause when I have done mine a lot sanding was required on the 19 to have a trouble free Y-19 and this was done on a lot of critical parts ... ^_^

I was just looking at some YF-21 pics on facebook today...its just so tempting that I'd probably get it later while we're at it, have a sexy YF-19 in Gerwalk mode:

To me, I'll always love the YF-19 though I don't own one (unless you count the 1/72 VF-X2 paint job one b/c I missed out on the original and can't afford the new ones).

I also have one of those studio halfeye kits but I never built it for fear that I'd ruin a $200 item that's hard to find.
