Guest sh002 Posted June 28, 2008 Posted June 28, 2008 voted yes because the fighter mode looks great. not a big fan of the battroid mode though. Quote
Raptor One Posted June 28, 2008 Posted June 28, 2008 Graham is avoiding this thread like the plague. That may be a good sign as he would probably come and set us straight if there were no plans...right? Anyway if they do this I want a VF-9 after. And an 0D, but that goes without saying. Quote
OmegaD3k Posted June 28, 2008 Posted June 28, 2008 (edited) Wow! 101 voted YES so far. Come on Yamato! You'll get over $15k from MW alone (not counting those who might get more than just one)! (that amount probably means nothing to Yamato, but still!) Also... Say there's a snow ball's chance in hell that Yamato does go off and produce a VF-4. Under what license would the valk be? Those VFX games? DYRL/FlashBack2012? Edited June 28, 2008 by OmegaD3k Quote
Wicked Ace Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 Graham is avoiding this thread like the plague. He's probably too busy playing with his 1/60 scale VF-4 toy prototype. Quote
Uxi Posted June 29, 2008 Posted June 29, 2008 I want a VF-22 and VF-19F/S and then a VF-17 first, but most likely do a VF-4 after all that. Quote

geepogi Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 i like it! but it'll be priced higher than the vf-1's right? i also like the vf-14. how about a separate poll? hehehe. Quote
Graham Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Sorry, probably won't happen, not in 1/60 anyway. Never say never, but the chance is not very high. Expect to see it in the 1/200 scale Macross Variable Fighter Collection series though. Graham Quote
ruskiiVFaussie Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Cool G-man is here. Not in 1/60 maybe.... hmmmmmmmmmmmm Quote
Ignacio Ocamica Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Cool G-man is here. Not in 1/60 maybe.... hmmmmmmmmmmmm Is there any hope for 1/48??? Quote
Necron_99 Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 (edited) Cool G-man is here. Not in 1/60 maybe.... hmmmmmmmmmmmm Is there any hope for 1/48??? He was probably referring to those GNU or 1/200 figures that Yamato put out. That makes me sad Edited August 7, 2008 by Necron_99 Quote
Ignacio Ocamica Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Until we get a NO we can hope right? Quote
Vifam7 Posted August 7, 2008 Posted August 7, 2008 Is there any hope for 1/48??? I've read on a Japanese blog that all future perfect transformation Valkyrie toys from Yamato will be 1/60 scale (the blogger supposedly queried the Yamato rep at Wonderfest). Quote
Valkyrie addict Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 yes, Graham has also said that after the zero 1/60 line, Yamato decided to make all their macross line in one scale you know, I wouldn't mind a VF-4 if it came only in fighter mode... it is how it was originally designed... hehehe Quote
robodragon Posted August 8, 2008 Posted August 8, 2008 Damn, well I guess I'm just going to have to build one of my VF-4 1/72 models then. I just hope it 1 looks good when I'm done and 2 transforms right. Not the best model builder and that 1/72 has some small parts. Quote
Sumdumgai Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 Awwww... Maybe they'll change their minds later... Quote
David Hingtgen Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 OK, that's twice in the thread, so I have to comment. THE VF-4 COULD ALWAYS TRANSFORM. IT IS NOT A RETCON. See here: http://macross.anime.net/fallacies/index.html Quote

pochimus prime Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 Excuse me while I go cry? Why not? what? no chance of a VF-4?! Noooooooooooooooooooooooo! Quote
Sumdumgai Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 Maybe a 1/100 line will be started up to compete with Bandai's 1/100 VF-25s?* *Disclaimer: This is just a shot in the dark. Please don't suddenly latch onto it and get people confused into thinking this will happen. Quote
badboy00z Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 I'm more interested to know how many people would buy a VF-1 Version 3.0. Lol. Quote
miriya Posted August 9, 2008 Posted August 9, 2008 I am sorry if I missed the obvious but is it possible that Yamato make a 1/60 scale transforming VF-4? Quote

miriya Posted August 10, 2008 Posted August 10, 2008 "Sorry, Probably has to happen and in 1/60 anyway. never say never because the chances are very high. Expect to see it in the 1/200 scale Macross Variable fighter collection series as well. (Not)Graham." Yes! I can use my imagination too! Lets visualise this. Lets see it happen. Lets make demands and whine and moan enough. I wined alot about a VF-1D and it looks like it is going to happen. I whined about regults and now there is revoltech and (maybe eventual) toynami regults. I say we keep positive about this. It is really one of Kawamori's greatest designs and it should be made proper as a perfect transformation 1/60 figure and I think yamato would do a great job at it. </wishful_thinking> Quote
ruskiiVFaussie Posted August 11, 2008 Posted August 11, 2008 lol i'm like wtf, he didn't say 'very' high for chances. you git! Quote

1/1 LowViz Lurker Posted August 20, 2008 Posted August 20, 2008 Variable Glaug should be done. Make it a surprise release like the koenig monster. Quote
