indigofx28 Posted October 29, 2003 Author Posted October 29, 2003 I wanted to mod one to mave a gbp-1s, does anyone know how to build stuff from scratch??? what materials could I use. Quote
vt102 Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 Very nice. To answer your question. If you can get your hands on a Imai 1/72 GBP, it would almost fit. I have a picture at home of one. I'll post it later tonight. Quote
StealthLurker Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 Any model kits in the same scale as the HCM that would almost fit it? I've got an HCM super O custom using hasegawa ostrich armor. Quote
TheLoneWolf Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 I remember that one, wasn't it made by RTH? It was so friggin sweet! The pics were on the old board, which means they're gone unless someone backed it up to their hd. Sigh, now if someone would only make an HCM Strike or Elint. Quote
indigofx28 Posted October 30, 2003 Author Posted October 30, 2003 It work ok with the hasagawa's Quote
StealthLurker Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 Here's the thread that had a pic of an HCM custom w/ hasegawa ostrich armor. http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...t=ST&f=4&t=2243 It was a custom I obtained from MWer glane21. Also pictured is an HCM custom VF-1D by RTH. Quote
BoBe-Patt Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 how did you mod those to fit on and stay on the valks? Did you glue them on? or are they removable? Nice work though. Quote
vt102 Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 how did you mod those to fit on and stay on the valks? Did you glue them on? or are they removable? Nice work though. Sorry. The pictures are not mine. I found them on a Yahoo Japan auction a while back. Oh and all the armor is removeable for both valks. I have a picture of that too. I'll post it later tonight when I get home. Quote
indigofx28 Posted October 30, 2003 Author Posted October 30, 2003 SWEEEEET... now I just wonder how htey kept the boosters on in the super version. Quote
StealthLurker Posted October 31, 2003 Posted October 31, 2003 Thanks for the pics. That's awesome. Quote
nemesis120 Posted October 31, 2003 Posted October 31, 2003 Nice valks, you even have the styrofoam that goes above the head for the VF-1S. And each of them has a Takatoku catalog. It would be nice if someone had a guide for bashing the hasegawa armor and an HCM. Quote
indigofx28 Posted October 31, 2003 Author Posted October 31, 2003 yeah, I would like to know how to fit the boosters on. Quote
