Clay Cliff Posted June 3, 2008 Posted June 3, 2008 That's it... What colors do you use for painting the cockpit interior in a VF-1?... I'm talking about the cockpit tub and ejection seat... and the cushions in the seat as well... I'm building a 1/48 cockpit (I started by scratchbuilding the ejection seat) and I want to know that... Thanks in advance. Quote

Then I use tan or some kind of light brown for the cushions of the seat. The top portion of the cockpit, namely the front section infront of the instrument panel and the thin top section that rests directly underneath the canopy are painted black. Quote
Clay Cliff Posted June 3, 2008 Author Posted June 3, 2008 OK... Thanks for your input... I've been building airplanes for a long time, so I have those colors... I'll try with gunship gray and then some weathering, I think. Quote
