UN Spacy Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 (edited) Ummmmmmmm. What pic? EDIT: She's beautiful. Graham? Are we getting a full lineup of 1/60 Destroids? Edited February 22, 2008 by UN Spacy
jenius Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Is that a release of a 1/48 VF-1S with weathering???

chowyunskinny Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 (edited) Nice scoop eyesonme78 C'mon Yamato, resurrect that 1/60 Destroid Monster and I thought the 1/48 line was dead Yamato, yer giving us mixed signals Edited February 22, 2008 by chowyunskinny
Duymon Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Can't believe the lil 1/200 buggers are coming out in April, only 1 month notice eh
TCracker Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Wow...Destriods. More variety in the collection, which means it is good.
eugimon Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 yeah, if the production units look like that, I'm sold.
Dante74 Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Anyone wanna bet it's going to be a limited edition? I might have to get two.
SuperHobo Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 (edited) Cool! Definitely a plus that Yamato is going to make another destroid and the tomahawk is my favorite of the destriods too! I hope Yamato doesn't spare any detail on all of the armaments this guy has at his disposal. By the way could we have someone to translate the info for the weathered Focker as it may seem to be a limited edition that i would kill for. Edited February 22, 2008 by SuperHobo
dr_vandermeer Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Wow. Great finds! Thanks for the heads-up!!!
crasis Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 W-w-what?! 1/60 Destroids? My god, I can't take all the good news today! First the Revoltechs, now this!!! It is a DAMNED good time to be a Macross fan!
jenius Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 (edited) I gotta imagine since we all already love the weathered 1/48 VF-1S it won't be limited. They seem to be acknowledging it's the best-selling 1/48 they have... why not make as much as possible on it? Edited February 22, 2008 by jenius
warpaint22 Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Holy Crap! Man I'm going to be so broke this year, oh well I don't really need to eat.
eyesonme78 Posted February 22, 2008 Author Posted February 22, 2008 wow that's alot of replies!! well i am thining of getting the weathered 1/48 valkyrie, i am so tempted by that pic.. hahaha.. i hope it's going be the end of the year before they release that valk but then again if the tomahawk is weathered also.. i be damn broke by this year..
kaiotheforsaken Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Wow that weathered 1/48 looks amazing, as does the destroid. My wallet mourns the inevitable loss.
eyesonme78 Posted February 22, 2008 Author Posted February 22, 2008 with the 1/60 perfect transformation valks coming this destroid will be a good addition to the line of 1/60!!

Here I am playing catch up and a new wave of goodies are coming. Hopefully Valkyrie Exchange will get their hands on some of these and save us on shipping!
eugimon Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 well, if kevin does decide to bring these guys in, I'm down for a destroid and that weathered vf-1s... mmm.. weathered goodness.
big F Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Looks like Yamato may have a new cash cow to milk.
wolfx Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 damn you yamato. Revisiting 1/48 and getting a destroid. What a way to eat into my pocket. Nice find, eyesonme.
Godzilla Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 OMG!!! I am getting many many tomahawks. I will prolly get 2 weathered 1/48 Roys. I am happy to see the destroids get some love especially from Yamato. My wallet is screaming bloddy and murder and runnning away... damn this year is gonna hurt...
TheLoneWolf Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Yes!! Definitely getting the Destroid!! I'll wait for reviews on the weathered VF-1S, need to make sure the weathering doesn't smeer off ala the low vis.
dizman Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Finally Yamato's acknowledging that destroids exist! It looks pretty good too, I'm definately gonna get this. I can skip on the weathered VF-1S but if Yamato ever decides to make a TV VF-1S with TV fast packs I'd buy that.
mechaninac Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Ack! I can't see the picture... will have to wait until I get home as my all I see from work is a red X'ed icon. Anyway, bring on the Destroids, I may skip most of the 1/60 VF-1s but I'll definitely splurge on these giant bipedal cans of whoopa$$... I just love these underappreciated grunt mecha.
GobotFool Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 what I want to know is the 1/48 gonna be tampo printed up the wazoo?
