VF5SS
They don't even look like the same machine.
briscojr84
I'd have to say they may be totally different as well the Super Condor has more in common with the unused "Destroid" designs in the area of the legs and overall feel of the mecha, I'm betting it is a non-transformable derivative whipped up by one of the artists. To fill in a gap, although most of the unused designs are awfully missile heavy, except for the Boxer and Tiger that is.

Now if we could just see some of the unused ship artwork. Edited April 7, 2008 by briscojr84

It's supposed to be an older mecha used by Earth-based resistance forces. There's a similar one called the "Wolf" that's a troop carrier. There's a similar one called the "Wolf" that's a troop carrier. Well, Roger, thanks for this big info!! Ok i just begin to understand there is a important background for this serie... Beyond pictures, line notes are very important...to have an another vision of this anime and appreciate it more... I've bought some months ago the "super7 magazine" who contains your article about Mospeada and Southern Cross. Very very interesting, we really want to see more!! In my opinion, Roger, you've seen the graal with all these unused art ( unfortunately few i've seen (via my friend) give me a little idea) ...and done a real big work to translate all these... I'll be very upset if you couldn't publish them... There is now a big revival of Mospeada...maybe it's the moment?? It's sure i don't know which problem we can find to do that... it'll be kind if everyone could see them via an artbook or other... Sorry but this must have been said so i say that...i say nothing... Thanks again for all your infos Roger!! Bests regards. akim.
