Maximiria Posted December 24, 2007 Posted December 24, 2007 Hello all, I'm interested in getting a 1/48 super valkyrie, preferably a max or miria to do some stop-motion but from looking at pics I can't figure out which ones have the articulated hands. Do the articulated ones ball up into fists and retract into the forearms or must they be removed? Also, Are any of them capable of doing a thumbs-up or giving someone the middle finger? Articulation junkie. Quote
sqidd Posted December 24, 2007 Posted December 24, 2007 Hello all, I'm interested in getting a 1/48 super valkyrie, preferably a max or miria to do some stop-motion Sounds cool but from looking at pics I can't figure out which ones have the articulated hands The M&M Supers don't have poseable hands, they come with an asortment of open, closed and gun holding. I think that the Valks released as "DYRL" items have the articulated hands. I may be wrong about this though Do the articulated ones ball up into fists and retract into the forearms or must they be removed? They ball up but calling it a fist is giving it a lot of credit. The "wrist" area flips around 180 deg and the hand hides insdide the forearm. Also, Are any of them capable of doing a thumbs-up Nope or giving someone the middle finger? Not this either Quote
Maximiria Posted December 24, 2007 Author Posted December 24, 2007 Thanks, this is bad news. If I want a DYRL super max do I have to buy the parts seperately? Is it possible to put the articulated hands on a TV valk? Quote
EXO Posted December 24, 2007 Posted December 24, 2007 actually, all 1/48s come with the articulated chicken hands... or am I rememberin the M&Ms incorrectly... when it came in the box in fighter mode the chicken hands should be in the arms and the fat mickey hands are in the plastic container.
