Wicked Ace Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 (edited) Thanks for emailing me the pics. I especially like the cockpit and pilot detailing. Also, your panel lining looks lighter than your past customs -- just my imagination? Edited November 25, 2007 by Wicked Ace Quote
hirohawa Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 (edited) Great job! How did you do the controller in the cockpit? Edited November 25, 2007 by hirohawa Quote
Jung Posted November 25, 2007 Author Posted November 25, 2007 (edited) Thanks for emailing me the pics. I especially like the cockpit and pilot detailing. Also, your panel lining looks lighter than your past customs -- just my imagination? yep, I used a medium grey wash, as opposed to black (brown) wash in my previous customs. Angelbirds are Macross' aerobatic team, so I wanted to give it a clean look. That's why there's minimal weathering and shading aswell. Edited November 25, 2007 by Jung Quote
Jung Posted November 25, 2007 Author Posted November 25, 2007 Great job! How did you do the controller in the cockpit? The flightstick is a steal pin with some model bits glued on, the throttle are pin heads for the handle and some styrene pieces. Quote
Valkyrie addict Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 woa...love the cockpit detail!!! amazing work! Quote
