Keith Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 Definately very informative, and also helps solidify Kawamori's depth of involvement in the original series. It's also good to see that original staff members are indeed aware of the licensing troubles in the U.S. Not that it does us much good, but it's still comforting. Personally, I would have asked Mikimoto more questions about Gunbuster design, but that's ok Quote
Roger Posted October 23, 2007 Posted October 23, 2007 I'm not sure why the credit may have been omitted, but the interview was conducted by Egan Loo. Quote
Chet Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 So what's the status of Super7? Weren't they planning to reformat the magazine to a "mook?" Been meaning to pick up a few older issues but I haven't bought a magazine in a while. Was hoping they'd release back issues on a dvd-ROM or upload them on the website. Quote
Roger Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 So what's the status of Super7? Weren't they planning to reformat the magazine to a "mook?"Yep, the first issue is coming out this month.Been meaning to pick up a few older issues but I haven't bought a magazine in a while. Was hoping they'd release back issues on a dvd-ROM or upload them on the website.I think that's unlikely. I'd buy the back issues you want before they sell out. Once they sell out of them they get hard to track down. Quote
eriku Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 Hasn't that issue with the Macross content been out for a year or more now? I remember buying it in March, and I know it had been out for a little while by that point. Anyway, Super7 is great, can't wait for the new one. Quote
connor99 Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 Issues #3-5 are my faves, where they talk about all the OP toy incarnations (up to about the BW era) in detail and like you folks, I can't wait to pick up on the new issue . Quote
