protostar8
Just saw the new 3 piece Gaiking collection that CM is putting out so you can make Gaiking the Great (finally), but I don't think I'm gonna get it b/c the texture of the robots looks horrible. They did the same crap that the other company did with the Inbit from Robotech/Mospeada. Anyone have this and can confirm that it isn't smooth? Raiking and Bulking arent' out yet, but they will be by December. Jeremy007
it is very possible that the pics are of a prototype.
promethuem5
IMO it looks real good like that... gives the big guy a heavy cast-metal feel rather than just being made of pieces of tubing... but that's always been my problem with the classic super-robot designs so what do I know? protostar8
Usually CM is good about being anime accurate, and none of the ___kings are textured like that. They are all smooth and sleek looking to an extent. I really hope the actual toy isn't textured.
glane21
The toy IS textured and quite small from reviews I've heard on Robot Japan.
