They are little Elven people who stick small metalic stickers on the boxes of Macross products so the evil lords of Robotech do get mad and destroy them. they only go to places where the people have lots of money as the stickers are really really expensive to make, so people like Captain America cant afford them, and have to be constantly on the look out for the evil lords of Robotech.
