hirohawa
Awesome! Hope they do the entire lineup of VFs.
mister_e
I do hope that the knee armor is not molded to the upper thigh as one piece, but other than that it looks pretty good. I never picked up the Toynami Super Posables, so these should do quite nicely. Maybe they'll even release some destroids or some other (non-VF-1) battroids. It'd be awesome to see a YF-19 battroid done in this style.

Nostalgia
I've been crossing my fingers and hoping that Kaiyodo will step into the Macross franchise. YES!!!
mechaninac
While I'm not personally interested in the revoltech VF-1s, I do hope they do well because I'd be the first in line to get Destroids, some non-vf-1 battroids, and Zentradi mecha. Macross73
hopefully the line will sell well enough that they take that route and build other mecha at this point I looking forward to this. Looks like the knee armor is molded to the thigh , maybe
do not disturb
i don't care for yet another version of the VF-1 but i hope they make other macross mecha.
Busted VF1A
The Revoltech Line is awesome. Small but increadibly detailed and the best posability of any line. But they tend to styalize alot...
F-ZeroOne
Theres something odd about that gunpod grip, it looks like it rotates seperately from the trigger...?
Knight26
Revoltech Destroids would be awesome, especially in say 1:48 or 1:60 scale...

Busted VF1A
Revoltech Destroids would be awesome, especially in say 1:48 or 1:60 scale... Actually I think the valks are gonna be 1/200 at best in the revoltech line, so if they make destroids I would bet about the same scale. Revoltech is a very small scale line. BoBe-Patt
so these are gonna be exactly like the superposable ones then hmm?
mister_e
Actually I think the valks are gonna be 1/200 at best in the revoltech line, so if they make destroids I would bet about the same scale. Revoltech is a very small scale line. 1/200 would be REALLY small. Aren't Revoltechs usually around 5-6 inches tall? Unless my math is off, that's more like somewhere between 1/72 and 1/
Dante74
IIRC the Revoltech line is non scale.
mechaninac
IIRC the Revoltech line is non scale. They are non-scale, but given their relative size in relation to the destroids, the figures would fall between mister_e's stipulated range... I'd guess closer to 1/72. promethuem5
Right... 1/200 is reaaaal small, like, around the size of the Gashapon figures. Based on the other figures in the line, and some Battroid kits I've got, this'll be between 1/72 and 1/100, probably closer to 1/100 than 1/72 I think
yellowlightman
Given that aside from Evangelion, the Revoltech line really hasn't attempted to do more than a handful of toys from each series I'd say it's highly doubtful we'd ever get Destroids or anything beyond the VF-1. ruskiiVFaussie
Y E S ! ! ! ! ! !! YESYESYESYESYESYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE YOU KAIYODO! I got me Mazinkaiser and Eva-02 and i am totally in awe of the posability and yet small scale. I love these. People who haven't experienced the Revoltech system have no idea just how good these are. ruskiiVFaussie
That would be my guess (BoBe-Patt @ Apr 23 2007, 02:51 PM) * so these are gonna be exactly like the superposable ones then hmm? Huh? Do you guys own a Revoltech? Notice the ball joints? Edited April 24, 2007 by ruskiiVFaussie
Sumdumgai
A valkyrie that does not transform holds no interest for me. I'm happy for you other guys that want one though! Although I must admit, if they did make a VF-11, I'd pick one up just because.
promethuem5
Toynami Superposables have NOTHING in common with Revoltech figures. SPs are pure PVC with poor joints, shoddy paint, and overdone stylized sculpts... the Revoltech figure is a near perfect representation of the anime Battroid, has more solid PVC and a better paint job, and has Revoltech joints, which are plastic and SUPER awesome articulated. Mowe
That is what we are missing, a cheap Valk with great possability!!!!! Damn, can you imagine how many VF variants they can milk!!!!! But revoltech Destroids are welcome too. Edited April 24, 2007 by Mowe
BoBe-Patt
Huh? Do you guys own a Revoltech? Notice the ball joints? yeah, I have both the prime and megatron. But they are still sealed on their boxes.
mojacko
at long last Revoltech decided to do a Battroid in their series....this would be cool!!! super poseable VF's...hope they make some Zentraedi Pods as well!!!
