None of my 1/100 TT or Bandai Valks have guns!!! Why dont my 1/100 Valks have guns?

I dont even know what they look like :(

I'd like to ask everyones help in finally answering the burning question: Did these damn things come with guns?!?!

Please post a count of your TT 1/100 shwag and I'll keep a running tally.

Your input will help poor lost Valkyrie gunpods find a home.

Please help.

Thanks!

Go over to TOYBOXDX.com and look under the Datafiles. There you will find a button for a bit of Macross history and also pics of all the 1/100 valks T.T. ever made. Oh, and yes, the guns are supposed to come each figure.

I've been there, thats where I got most of the pics :)

And... only one of the pics shows a gun. The VF1J Hikaru.

Which still leaves the question, did all of them come with guns?

It's far from Totoro242 just having bad luck, I've been tracking every 1/100 auction for a while now and almost none of them have guns. Also, the pictures you find almost anywhere seem to always be gunless. It must just be like Noel said though, all the original owners didn't really have a place to put it and just discarded them and so the ones you find now-a-days are all gun-free. Strange that so many would still have their unapplied sticker sheets but not have the friggin' gun.

Can someone take a good scan of the gunpod for me? :)

These things have to be floating around loose in hundreds of toy collections, maybe they pop up on ebay but I just dont catch it :)

Note that the slit that goes across the gunpod appears on both sides.

Also, I'm not sure if it's due to the lighting on Noel's pics, but the Bandai gunpod appears to be a few shades darker than the Takatoku.

Have you tried using a gunpod from the 1/100 battroid or variable kits? They might also make a good & cheap substitute :)

In order to use the model kit gunpod, you would have to thicken the grip. The kit handle is very thin and fragile.
