Fly4victory Posted June 16, 2007 Author Posted June 16, 2007 Another one in the case, doubt that the Miria VF-17 will see anything other than battroid, but my un-modified VF-17D did get “factory†painted intakes and chest piece. Other than the gun pod and making the VF-17 attractive in fighter mode guess that is it. Quote
jenius Posted June 16, 2007 Posted June 16, 2007 Beautiful work. Way to make a great toy out of a less than average one. Quote
Fly4victory Posted June 16, 2007 Author Posted June 16, 2007 Thanks. Remember that you started all this. Need to do something about my photography to make this work. Quote
MechTech Posted June 17, 2007 Posted June 17, 2007 That looks great! It's too bad about the paint. It sems you gotta mold stuff in color for them to take any kind of wear. The end results were well worth it I'd say! - MT Quote
big F Posted July 24, 2008 Posted July 24, 2008 How exactly did I miss this thread ???? Great work by the way. Quote
Fly4victory Posted July 24, 2008 Author Posted July 24, 2008 Yeah!!!!!!!!! How did you miss this. I think the remote control SV-51 made its first flight back then or the new YF-19 had been released. Something big came along. Too bad it wasn't the 1/60 monster. Quote
SpaceCowboy Posted January 30, 2010 Posted January 30, 2010 Just did this last night. It really improves the poseability. Thanks for the step by step instructions! Quote
