Another one in the case, doubt that the Miria VF-17 will see anything other than battroid, but my un-modified VF-17D did get “factory†painted intakes and chest piece.

Other than the gun pod and making the VF-17 attractive in fighter mode guess that is it.

That looks great! It's too bad about the paint. It sems you gotta mold stuff in color for them to take any kind of wear. The end results were well worth it I'd say! - MT

I think the remote control SV-51 made its first flight back then or the new YF-19 had been released.

Something big came along.

Too bad it wasn't the 1/60 monster.

now i am thinking if i should re-paint this or not???

you guys have greatly influenced me to source for one to modify, and i was able to find a bib one from jp for around 64 usd.^^

Welcome to the VF-17 club. Glad to see this still stirs up interest.

I hope that your work will inspire Bandai to release a VF-171.
