Sanity is Optional Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 Thanks for the heads up, quality is unknown, but considering the cost of a Yamato I'll take a chance. Quote
obakesan Posted November 12, 2019 Posted November 12, 2019 This up on AE albeit for 139 instead, I went for it since got other stuff pending from them, I missed out on The Yamato, so this be nice to add to my collection hopefully quality is OK, atkeast price is not crazy. http://www.anime-export.com/product/45806 Quote
Sildani Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 Pre-ordered from BBTS. Got the blu-rays, time to get some cool toys to go along. Anyone know if the helicopter gunship or the modded F-15 and F-16 were ever made into model kits? Quote
SuperHobo Posted November 13, 2019 Posted November 13, 2019 The 3zero Ingram looks good for the most part. The lack of ankle tilt in some of the promo pics is a little concerning and I feel the green visor looks a bit too big. For a 9 inch articulated robot toy the price is quite good in this day and age of $300 + japanese robot toys. Quote

I had the lamps on each side face backwards and have the Ingram slight illuminated from behind. Also turned up the shutter speed and f stop at 2.8. I used the same technique on this Voltron. Quote
jenius Posted November 28, 2019 Posted November 28, 2019 I finally pulled out a couple Robot Spirits Patlabor toys. Overall.... I'm not terribly impressed but I did have some fun with them. Quote
jenius Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 Looks pretty good... neck area could benefit from some pistons. Quote
Kuma Style Posted December 4, 2019 Posted December 4, 2019 The ThreeZero one is en route. Looking forward to seeing how it shapes up in hand. Quote

I honestly don't even know what the release date or any of that production stuff is atm so if it's 2020 for mass release per whatever site then it's that. ----------------------- This is officially being delivered tomorrow per tracking so if anyone has any questions by all means lmk. Valkyrie Hunter D Posted December 10, 2019 Posted December 10, 2019 Very bubbly kit, it's gonna need a lot of TLC to straighten the parts out. Good price though. Quote

Looks great but I really don't want to buy into another line and scale, I already bought way into the smaller Bandai Side Labor line. Still, I'm looking forward to your take and photos as always. Kuma Style Posted December 11, 2019 Posted December 11, 2019 Thank you guys and yea I'll probably record the video review tomorrow after work and publish it Thursday. Quote

The sample is looking real good. I was initially worried the ankle tilt would be rather limited, but it seems it has decent range. Hopefully this is one of Threezero's more durable products and continue to release more Japanese mecha for relatively affordable prices. How do I get Threezero to make a Type Zero from the first movie because I swear that doesn't have an amazing toy yet. Edited December 11, 2019 by SuperHobo Quote

Do you have the 1/35 Bandai kit to put next to it so we can see the size differences? I'm refreshing your page every hour to see the review! Quote

ThreeZero sent it but they don't want me to publish a review with anything missing so I'm kind of on hold until that piece comes. ---------------------------- Still cranking on the gallery though. Big s Posted February 9, 2020 Posted February 9, 2020 I’m definitely curious about the modernist kits. They look ok so far, but I want to see them in color. The hard plastic covers for the joints are at least sculpted well. And I’m glad they decided to start with a couple items most companies ignore Quote
Valkyrie Hunter D Posted March 28, 2020 Posted March 28, 2020 Threezero is gonna have interchangeable parts with their next Ingram so you could either have Unit 2 or Unit 3 along with their respective pilots. Quote
