Valkyrie Hunter D Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 I can only wonder if Arcadia will foray into more glorious 1/24 Patlabor goodness. I would love a 1/24 AV-X0. Quote
DarrinG Posted March 6, 2014 Posted March 6, 2014 Another 1/24 Unit 2 up for grabs: https://www.rinkya.com/en/auction-b156823637 Quote
SaitouSad Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Amiami just put up the 1/24 Command Vehicles re-release preorders!!!!They're both the plastic model and the pre-painted model.http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?scode=TOY-SCL2-06176-S001&page=tophttp://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=TOY-RBT-3721&page=topAnyone here able to advise what's the difference? The description mentions the figures in the plastic kit are pre-painted as well. Quote
CrazyDude Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Will need to preorder the kit, my 1/24 resin labors need it. Quote
SaitouSad Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 I'm definitely getting 1 for my Ingram squad at least.. just not sure which to get, and if I should get a spare. Quote
CrazyDude Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 (edited) Pre-ordered. https://secure.hlj.com/product/PITPD-15 Talking about Patlabor getting the still missing D-Style kits next week Wednesday. One if the kits includes a small SD Command Car. Edited March 26, 2014 by CrazyDude Quote
DarrinG Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Huh - did not think the 1/24 command car would see a re-release. Looks to be the kit, wonder if they will do more finished ones as well . . . Quote
CrazyDude Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 (edited) Kit is being released in June, in July they will release the assembled and painted version. Be warned the assembled release is nearly double the price if the kit. My guess is the figures are pre-painted for both releases. HLJ takes preorders for both versions. HTH. Edited March 26, 2014 by CrazyDude Quote
SaitouSad Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Kinda in a dilemma over which to get. I have crappy modelling skills. All I've ever built were some kotobukiya and Gundam kits. (not to mention I've never built a model of a car before, or anything from this manufacturer). Also it seems we're not too sure about whether the human figures will be painted on the pre-assembled kit or not, though so far most description points to a yes. Aside from that, I'm wondering if there are any other differences. Quote
CrazyDude Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Haven't done a Pitroad kit myself but they seem to be high quality. Don't think the car will be all that difficult to build and paint. Quote
DarrinG Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 But I am a little surprised that with no more 1/24 Ingram releases that they decided to re-release the CC. Usually there needs to be some momentum to move more product. Maybe the live action show is enough... Quote
CrazyDude Posted March 27, 2014 Posted March 27, 2014 Bandai is also reissuing the 1/35 MG kits. For 1/24 there are the Volks Resin kits(25000Yen each). Quote
DarrinG Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Where can you still get a Volks reactive armor 1/24 other than occasionally Yahoo auctions? SMS recast it but I have not seen one come up anywhere . . . Quote
CrazyDude Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Try Volks directly, the kits are OOP sometimes. Quote
DarrinG Posted March 28, 2014 Posted March 28, 2014 Do you have a link? A WAVE Helldiver is up for grabs - and for only 1 Yen! : 0 https://www.rinkya.com/en/auction-l228073950 They are pretty awesome, even if they're not too posable . . . Quote
DarrinG Posted April 2, 2014 Posted April 2, 2014 (edited) Its up to 18,000 yen - 41 minutes to go bidders . . . ______ Ended at 18,000 . . . Edited April 2, 2014 by DarrinG Quote
DarrinG Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 Someone paid 60,000 yen for a used 1/24 Yammie Ingram 1?? That is double the normal rate. And there are 2 'new' ones up for auction now . . . https://www.rinkya.com/en/auction-m119417012 Quote
DarrinG Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Patlabor Yamato - MARKET WATCH A new Ingram 1 just sold for - 82- Tha- Tha- THOUSAND Yen . . . Those crazy eBay prices seem almost normal now. They will have to double to be crazy again . . . https://www.rinkya.com/en/auction-n130057437 Quote
Duymon Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 The out of control Prices of the 1/24's made me happy to stick with my 1/35's. Luckily I got two of the 1/35 command car kits to boot :0 Quote
DarrinG Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 And my wife wonders why I want to keep the window shade closed in the room where I keep my Ingram Unit 2. It might be worth one of our kids tuitions some day . . . Quote
SaitouSad Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 that pricing is ridiculous. I recently got a spare unit 1 at 26,250Yen before shipping and handling.I guess the new live action series is sparking renewed interest in the Yamato 1/24s (which are arguable the best Ingrams in toy form). To date, the ones I have still remain my most favourite pieces in my collection. Quote
ZorClone Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 (edited) Holy moly. I'm glad I got mine when they first released. Wish I'd also gotten a unit 2 though Edited April 30, 2014 by ZorClone Quote
DarrinG Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Revy size Ingram carrier? Google translate does not seem to help - are these custom? I want 2! http://worldlydesires.militaryblog.jp/d2011-12-31.html Quote
CrazyDude Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Those remind me of some of the universal carriers by kotobukiya, non scale aka 1/100-1/144. Quote
DarrinG Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Right you are CD. They are not close to the line art, but look fun for Revys anyway . . . Quote
CrazyDude Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Might be of interest to some. Noticed on HLJ that Bandai is reissuing their 1/60 range of Patlabor kits in August. Hope the sorted the Problem with the rubber parts as in previous kits they tended to weaken the internal frames. Quote
FryLocke Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 (edited) How is the non painted ver of the CC?Is it just pure white like how the Bandai CC was? Also how is the quality of the plastic, for those who have it? 1/24 Ingram plastic? Or 1/35 Ingram Plastic? Edited June 15, 2014 by FryLocke Quote
DarrinG Posted June 17, 2014 Posted June 17, 2014 Revoltech Re-Releasing the Ingram 1 and Helldiver? http://www.hlj.com/product/KYD11002/Sci Surprised when they can be had all over Yahoo and eBay . . . Quote
MILKAUTICO Posted June 30, 2014 Posted June 30, 2014 (edited) AV-98 Ingram from The Next Generation Patlabor Updated 1/48 scale mmmmmmmm!!! Why no 1/60. why!!! The Next Generation Patlabor is a live action sequel to the original anime series that is currently screening in theaters all over Japan. Taking place years after the original, the venerable AV-98 Ingram has been reborn as a makeshift unit cobbled together from spare parts. Bandai is making a 1/48 scale model kit of this new Patrol Labor! Coming September 2014 for 3,000 yen. more pics here. http://www.collectiondx.com/news_item/63014/av98_ingram_next_generation_patlabor_updated Edited June 30, 2014 by MILKAUTICO Quote
CrazyDude Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 Thx, I stood next to the 1/1 mockup. This will be pre-ordered. Quote
anime52k8 Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 1/48 scale mmmmmmmm!!! Why no 1/60. why!!! Because labors aren't that tall, they'd be absolutely puny at 1/60th scale. Quote
renegadeleader1 Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 (edited) Because labors aren't that tall, they'd be absolutely puny at 1/60th scale.Yup. If memory serves me at 1/60 scale the Ingram would only come up to just above a Tomahawk Destroids waist.just checked MAHQ and there is roughly a 14 foot height difference between the two. CrazyDude Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 Bandai is reissuing all the 1/60 kits in a few months, pre-orders are up. Quote
