OOOh Finally. Python will be an instabuy and I guess I'll need to get some brockens.

The python looks like it might be a simpler kit much like the three utility labors (bulldog / hercules / Boxer) so I hope it's bundled as a pair or maybe with something else simple.

Really hope they get the Phantom and Saturn too

Every time I kinda think they’re done with the line, they pop out a couple more. I’m pretty sure they’ll get to those two one day and I hope for some surprises as well.

I'm not a toy collector, but those DO look cool!

They're not toys.  ARTPLA kits typically include figures at 1:24 or 1:35 scale, but you've gotta paint 'em yourself...

Artpla are just remastered / improved versions of the older soft vinyls but in plastic I thought. They look amazing but sadly I don't have as much time to invest in large-scale models like that and will stick to casual moderoids that only need a few parts painted here or there.

I guess for now for anyone that does want high quality premades Robodou is basically the only game in town atm as Bandai ungloriously abandoned their side labor series years ago :(

Actually, the ARTPLA Ingram is a completely new digital sculpt, and it's one of the best quality mecha kits I've build; easily on the level of today's Tamiya kits. Yes, you have to paint it, but the seamless parts breakdown makes even that an uncomplicated affair.

Is this the same line as the Evangelion "statue" model kits from not too long ago? IIRC there were two, one of a berserk Eva-01 and one of a Beast mode Eva-02. I believe there was also a... Gunbuster?... one, too.

Custom mixes of Tamiya acrylics – the white is gloss white shaded over a sky grey base, green is a 1:1 mix of deep green and medium blue over a flat black base, and the light blue ist 5:1:1 white and sky grey and light blue over a dark sea grey base.

Thanks so much for the info and reply.  I am definitely going to try those out.   I was going to use tamiya JN green but its a bit too green….the green needs to be green/gray or green/blue in my opinion so your mix sounds perfect.
