Thor20 Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 How do I tell the difference between the KO Fore Valk and the real thing? I have a source for a Fire Valkyrie that is diecast and plastic parts. Also where is the Bandai stamp on them? Thanks for any help ahead of time as I'm new to the forums. Quote
jenius Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 Fire Valkyrie Check that link out, it has pictures of the boxes and a brief write-up on ways of telling the original from a knock-off. There might be more encompassing info elsewhere but that should help you out in a pinch. Quote
Chowser Posted November 24, 2006 Posted November 24, 2006 (edited) Bandai's had their logo on the bottom right of the box I believe, the knockoffs have some cartoon characters face. hang on, i know i have some pics from my for sale threads.... here is a knock off Blazer here is the Bandai reissue Fire Valk Edited November 24, 2006 by Chowser Quote
Thor20 Posted November 24, 2006 Author Posted November 24, 2006 (edited) Thanks a bunch for the quick responses. I really appreciate it. I've been surfing this site for two years before realizing there's a forum here so. The bot doesn't come in a box. I think it's the first release of the Fire Valk. Do the KO's have metal parts or only plastic? If the ko's are only plastic then it's real. Also where would the bandai stamp be located? Edited November 24, 2006 by Thor20 Quote
