Attached is a colorized take on one of Miyatake's rough designs for a Zentradi battlesuit. It looks alot more like a Meltrandi model to me, so I'm referring to it as such.

Anyway, here it is.

Here's another rough design for the Zentradi Battlesuit that showed up in the beginning of Macross Plus. The first picture I posted in this thread looks more Meltran, this one definitely looks more Zentran. (Though not quite as sweet-looking.)

One of the things I've discovered while coloring Zentradi/Meltrandi mecha is that it's easy to accidentally make them look like Aura Battlers (from Dunbine).

Nice I've never seen lineart of the rogue mecha from plus before, it looks scrawnier then in the anime though.

That's 'cuz neither are the one that appears in the anime. Both are rough designs that were rejected.
