I don't have all the parts done as of yet, it's on the way of being finished. Pm me if your interested. I will offer the kit at $90 in the color blue and white with red shipped in the USA. Any other place will be different pricing. I have been playing around with colors as you will see but this is what i have for now. The parts that i have here are recasted and only the leg piece are original. I will only be making 10 kits for now since this is a big project. Thank you all P.s. Sorry bout that recast looks awesome so far, but yea, darker blue for the chest and you got er. the original color looks like a medium-dark grey with just a touch of blue in it cant wait to see the finished design!!! Hi everyone, Sorry for not updating this thread but been busy prepping for my baby girl arrival in Feb 07. I hope to be done by next week and will update on the finish color and parts. SILVERDRAGON Posted November 14, 2006 Author Posted November 14, 2006 Hi everyone, I have good news and bad news. The good news is that I’m finished with the GBP-1s molds. The bad news is and I know this is not good but I will offer the GBP-1s in the resin type color which is tan. I can only get the red and light gray color down but the light blue I can't seem to get it down every time. The colors don't come out the same even if I do the same drops every time. I will offer the GBP-1s for $80 without shipping and if anyone is interested just PM me. I will post pics the GBP-1s when I get home so people can see how it came out. Sorry again everyone but I tried to match colors just right. Here are some pics of what I made by trying the color matching. I will post pics of the whole GBP-1s in tan when I get home. MechTech Posted November 15, 2006 Posted November 15, 2006 Color matching everything the same is near impossible. There are so many variables that affect it. I've been doing it for years and only to cut back on coats of paint and help reveal seams and flaws better. Excellent work by the way. If I just didn't blow $100.00 on propellers, I'd be in. I have been working on pending work, but do to the weather not helping projects have stopped. I have been trying to make the resin set right and do to that I do not want to send out work that I’m not happy about. This is the reason why nightmareb4macross has started up the shop again. I will finish pending when the weather gets a little warmer. Please be patient with me and I will try to get your stuff out when the weather helps me. SD Quote
