mondamoto Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 I need some help identifying a PS2 game I saw the other day at Gamestop. I think the name was SRLI or something like that and it was a robot game that I think was only line only or at least online capable. I know that this is a pretty vague description but that is the best I can remember Thanks Ray Quote
Wes Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 WHY CAN'T YOU JUST GO BACK TO THAT GAMESTOP?! I mean seriosly that should be quicker... Quote
the white drew carey Posted September 30, 2006 Posted September 30, 2006 SLAI: Steel Lancer Arena International It seems, according to the website, online service is no longer provided for this game. Quote

Yeah it would be but, with my wife working and the kids asleep...oh and with the police usually frowning at leaving children under 5 home alone this was a lot easier Quote

TSP Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 A mix between Gran Tourismo,Quack Arena and ZEUS(Carnage Heart). The designs are done by Kow Yokoyama. I still play the X-Box version Phantom Crash. The soundtrack is cool too. Ever played high speed arena mecha battles on J Pop? Damn I wish Phantagram/Genki had released a soundtrack or at least downloads for the Mona songs. Quote
the white drew carey Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 Thanks that was what I was looking for You're more than welcome. I actually had tried to look up SRLI, but that did no good. I finally tracked the correct acronym (and game) by looking up online games for Sony on wikipedia. I'm glad I was able to help. Too bad they don't support online play, but I think there is still a one player and multiplayer component to game. p.s.- Bring the kids along... the love video games!!! Quote
gerwalk25 Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 (edited) If you have an Xbox and can't find SLAI on PS2 Phantom Crash is prolly your best bet and maybe slightly cheaper since that game came out first. Edited October 3, 2006 by gerwalk25 Quote
