VF Strike Valk Posted October 7, 2003 Posted October 7, 2003 The swingbar is so tight, its shredding the plastic on the side of the cockpit. This happen to anyone else? <_ Quote
Jawjaw Posted October 7, 2003 Posted October 7, 2003 Shredding sounds pretty severe but a groove is common. You can weaken the spring or file down the peg a little but that will mean the legs won't be as secure in battroid mode. I had to do this on one of my old customs because the peg was scratching off the paint. Quote
Bub Posted October 7, 2003 Posted October 7, 2003 What I do is I pull the leg away from the fuselage a little, then I swing it. Quote

VF Strike Valk Posted October 8, 2003 Author Posted October 8, 2003 (edited) Its not the peg...its the actual bar itself...its shredding the decal and the plastic. I have two brown 1A's and they don't have that problem, but my 1S and Hikaru 1A do. I'd have to pull hard to get it to not touch. Edited October 8, 2003 by VF Strike Valk Quote
