OK. Anyone interested in the above? Of course, the gbp has to be repainted or the decal sheet has to be printed in another color to blend with the gbp. Maybe white or other suggestions.

EDIT: Can a mod change the second line in the poll to : GBP decal recolor. Thanks.

I think he means if decals made for minmay guard GBP , should they blend with the red and blue of the normal GBP or should they be the original minmay guard colors which require the GBP to be repainted.

I'd say that the GBP would have to be repainted to be the best option, though not many of us are modellers andd customisers.

ok so i posted this a year ago and now on the front page i see a 1/48 yamato GBP-1 Minmay Guard? where the heck can i get full details? i did a search and nothing came up!

re-colour the GBP-1S as Minmay Guard and add decals.

Feel free to surprise us with a different scheme! :)

hehe... that's not a GBP like someone mentioned... its the THUNDER HAMMER!!!! awesomess thing evar..... =] and its a hand built custom...

I think the Urban GBP is close enough to the Thunder Hammer. If it is molded in light gray then then I'd strip off the odd patterns and then decal it like the Thunder Hammer.
