Latest Wow Patch 1.10.2

I only got to play it for 1 day after saving up for a new Ram card and finally putting it in my box and playing the game. Suddenly the next day I couldn't connect online at all, half the day goes by and when I'm finally able to connect I gotta download the 1.10.2 patch which fails to load, and tells me

We apologize for the inconvience, however file ________patch could not load. You will need to uninstall and then reinstall World of Warcraft and download the needed files over.

Thought it was a fluke, so I tried to get back on, it wouldn't connect just saying "Unable to connect"

So I uninstalled, reinstalled, went thru the steps, the patch went thru, but now I just get "Unable to Conenct". Even did a repair which downloaded an extra 500KB+ but still wont connect.

I tried Tech Support where they say I gotta turn off one of my security features cause each patch is recognized as a new program.

So I turned off all my security, firewall, the works, Still not able to connect.

I've talked to a few friends at work who got the patch, but they're working fine.

Anyone ran across this situation and been able to fix it? I emailed Tech Support to let them know that all their solutions and FAQ's have been worthless.
