Looks pretty good. Sort of like Shenmue but more gangsta. This site says that the American version will have the characters speaking in English. It'd be nice if they'd offer dual language tracks with subs, but I'm not holding my breath.

It's a pretty sweet game, I imported it shortly after it came out in Japan.

It's much for like a typical RPG than Shenmue, with equipable items and whatnot. Combat is a ton of fun though.

Is the appearance of the character customizable as far as fashion is concerned?

That first screen shot reminded me of gta. I realy like the ufo catcher, wonder if you can play it and get stuff.

I'm assuming you can play the machines in the arcade just like in Shenmue and collect all kinds of cute, useless stuff.

Yeah, you can play the UFO catcher game but unfortunately unlike Shenmue you can't play any of the arcade games. In general there are far less minigames than Shenmue, the only other two I can think of is a batting cage game and slot machines. Although there's a ton of side-quests and some romance stuff.

Your appearance is not customizable as far as I can remember.
