dizman Posted April 24, 2016 Posted April 24, 2016 I thought this was the English blu ray Oops I shoulda worded it differently, I meant a US release. New Crossbone series that takes place after Victory, very interesting I wonder what the time gap will be. Now we have five separate Crossbone mangas, time for those fake stills to become a reality. taksraven Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 (edited) Edmonton now knows how Sidney has felt since 1979. Albeit in a different style. You ain't kidding there man. The city I live in has been gone since '79. Sad to think..... And it's *Sydney*, BTW. Edited May 1, 2016 by taksraven Quote
renegadeleader1 Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 Right Stuf/Nozomi entertainment just annouced they're releasing Gundam Build Fighters on Bluray and its getting a dub! Quote
dizman Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 (edited) Maybe they will release the whole of Gundam in the US at this rate, I'm looking forward to the G-Saviour Blu Ray (which I would buy sadly enough ) . Edited May 4, 2016 by dizman Quote
Big s Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 I don't mind the prices for older series from right stuff, but some of those new ones are a bit too much for me. Quote
Keith Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 CCA just went up for pre-order on BD at rightstuf. Quote
dizman Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Nice I was hoping we would get the fancy BD release, I can finally retire the old 2002 DVD. Quote

Hikuro Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 that's cool, hopefully it's actually remastered and not just passed off. Actually should be since there's already a japanese release of this I believe....so here's hoping! Quote
Hikuro Posted June 7, 2016 Posted June 7, 2016 Excited as today is when my copy of ZZ comes out. First actual translation of this series that hopefully won't be as literal as the HK bootlegs were. Quote
Sandman Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Noticed this on cdjapan today. Not sure if anyone has mentioned this already. http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/BCXA-1121?utm_source=MAIL&utm_medium=html&utm_content=160610-BCXA-1121&utm_campaign=anime Thunderbolt Complimation Movie. The key note here that it's not only english sub but according to the listing English DUB as well. Quote

Big s Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 It's $20 cheaper than the US release, but $60 is still very high for such a small amount of actual film time. I watched all 4 episodes already and really liked them even with having the worst soundtrack to anything ever, but that is an insane price tag. If it was $30 or maybe $40 I would pick it up. Quote

UN Spacy Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Safe to say this is still one of Gundam's BEST songs? I don't watch much of it. Quote
dizman Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 Gundam series usually have some pretty good music, I've been listening to Orphans No Namida alot recently. A few of my favorites would be Century Color from Turn A, Resolution from Gundam X and Mizu no Hoshi e Ai wo Komete from Zeta. If you are into jazz I would give the gundam thunderbolt soundtrack a listen, it's pretty great. Quote
Hikuro Posted June 29, 2016 Posted June 29, 2016 My favorites would probably be silent voice and survivor. I truly dislike unicorns tv theme, but the whole series has been uninspiring. To me the beast of possibilities is just being beat with a stick. Quote
Big s Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 I love thunderbolt, but I couldn't recommend that soundtrack to anyone. Not even to extract info at gitmo💩 Quote

Big s Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 It reminds me more of the sound of a NY traffic accident. It's just that bad if not worse. Quote
renegadeleader1 Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 It reminds me more of the sound of a NY traffic accident. It's just that bad if not worse. Its gotta be better than Episode two's country song sung in way off key engrish right? Right? Quote
Big s Posted June 30, 2016 Posted June 30, 2016 Wow I forgot about that, but in my opinion the entire thunderbolt soundtrack is just crap. It's like the worst example of jazz followed by the worst example of pop, followed by the worst example of country all in the same soundtrack to one of the best offerings of gundam ever animated. I love the look and story, but for once I really wish for a U.S. release with a redone soundtrack. Quote
